    Thanks Colin, finally you are the person to explain in simple terms how to cut out images from a difficult background. Been looking for this for years. Keep up being a great teacher. Thanks again.

    Your approach to do changes in multiple steps instead of everything in one step is very professional and creates a much more precise finish. Impressive.

    New to the cafe and I really enjoyed it. The steak to sushi comparison made me giggle. Your delivery is not frantic, easy to understand and quite helpful. I now understand color range better, it's something I seldom use. Thanks...love using the patch tool.

    Technique of doing it in several steps is just great. It is so easy to get caught up in attempting to do it all in one step. Thank you so much for this.

    Colin ... excellent reference guide for those "impossible" images, but a bit convoluted to get from A to B. Having said that, you explained it very well. My favorite tool in the current PS update is the new Content-Aware Fill tool. Much easier to identify and clean up unwanted pieces. Love your stuff. Thanks for everything.

    Awesome video! But I'm having one issue currently, I'm on the layer mask and using a black brush to get rid of the selection but its not getting rid of it with one pass, its fading out and takes several passes, I'm using a solid brush with 100% hardness. Any idea what I'm doing wrong? lol. Im using CS4.

    I really do not like this salesperson like approach telling us "click on the like button right now" Why are you doing this? I would have pressed the button without this. It seems very rude and desperate. You are obviously talented, but let it be my choice alone if I want to reward you.

      Thanks for the feedback, it's very valuable as I'm learning and trying new things. Sadly we are slaves to the youtube algorithm, very good videos get unwatched while average ones are always recommended because of stupid things like likes. Personally I don't care about likes for validation, I just want to help people and I can't help them if YT doesn't show the videos to anyone.

    • @XxDarkmasterxXx
      @XxDarkmasterxXx 5 лет назад

      There's no reason that should annoy you at all it's completely fine and without it a lot of people actually forget to like a video like myself, without a reminder.
