The way you decorated these apples is beautiful, so if you decide no bow it will be still beautiful. Buuut lol I still think it would be the finishing touch 😊
Candy apples TV!! 🍎 Diva !!u r a beast in that kitchen!!...the bow of course for the baby shower 🚿 it adds a stroke of genius to your style on all those apples plus ➕️ that's ur "signature elements" please add that bow it's masterful!!!!
I know the bows are cute with the candy apples but for this particular candy apple I think it's better without. I know somebody out there agrees with me....lol😂
Hi Diva! I love the 6-4-1, use it all the time with large orders. I keep silicon molds ready, some with pieces of fruit in them and I pour any leftover candy mixture in them and make the kids some lollies. I love your bows and do them as well. It’s you “thang” but I think without, sometimes less is more. It’s absolutely beautiful. Thank you for sharing😍💜
You're so welcome. Yes, I put the bows on. After I put them in the boxes I put the bow on the sticks and they looked better after I placed them in the boxes.💕
I used this recipe for a harvest day at my 😅church and it was bomb(24 apples).. thank you so much for sharing I will continue using this recipe for another upcoming harvest day event (60 apple)
You didn't clean your apples good during the 24-48 hour wait period. After you clean your apples like this: ruclips.net/video/L5YGfgi56Pg/видео.html or like in my other videos you will not have bubbles. During this wait period you must also continue to wipe your apples down with dry paper towel which is cleaning the wax off. This prevents bubbles on your apples.💕
Please let me know what you use to clean the apples? I keep missing it 😊 thank you. Also what kind of apples are best for candy apples, are there any red ones we could use? Thank you so much ☺️

Hi...I have followed your recipies to the "T", however it takes my mixture 1 hour and 30 min to reach 300 degrees. I use the single burner. Is that the problem? Should I use a gas stove? My stove is the black glass top stove.
It shouldn't take that long, but yes changing over to your regular stove should help that. I use a single burner just to show you all how to make candy apples. It's fine to use but some single burners works better than others. My question is, how did your candy apples turn out using this candy apple recipe?
What do you mean you can't do the white right? Do you wait at the end to add your white once your candy is done? Do you use Wilton's white-white icing color? Are you burning your candy?
@@DIYQUEENDIVA i tried it both ways adding it at the beginning and end.. i have numbers on my stove and if i cook it on 5-6 it never reaches 300degrees.. i cook it between 8 and high and my white always come out looking beige
No wonder. Your candy is probably almost burned...lol. Leave it on 5, it will reach 300 degrees. While your candy is cooking make or practice on bows...lol. Or you can do other treats while it's cooking. You must have patience and don't be rushing it. If you do that, then you will have white candy apples at the end. What's happening is your candy is getting to dark because you're cooking it too high. Leave it on 5 and add the white at the end. I hope this helps.💕

I like without the bows!! Beautiful
Thank you. I like them without the bows on these too, but most LOVE them with the bows....lol.
Definitely with the bow. It gives it the finishing touch to your beautiful apples.
Darn, you too...lol. 😂
The way you decorated these apples is beautiful, so if you decide no bow it will be still beautiful. Buuut lol I still think it would be the finishing touch 😊
You still had to add the finishing touch is with the bow....lol😂💕😂💕
Lol Yea 🤷♀️😄
😂😂😂
Love it with the bow. The bow adds that extra wow factor.
Y'all just love those bows...lol!
I like it with the bow
Ok ♥️
It's the bow for me ..... And I'm convinced of the new recipe....THANKS FOR SHARING

The apples look amazing I prefer then without the bow. They are perfect for an adult party or baby shower. Very elegant
Thank you so much Rhonda. You're the second person that finally agrees with me...lol. I think they look better without the bow too.💕
Love your videos, you never disappoint
Love them with the bows, they are absolutely beautiful
I'm glad you like the video, but darn you too. You like these particular candy apples with the bows....lol. I know someone out there agrees with me.😂

I like the bow as well. So fun
Come on now! Give me a break! Not you too....lol.😂

Great job! I'm glad this worked out for you.💕

Okay, okay, okay. I put the bow on them after I boxed the candy apples. 😂

How do you avoid the bubbles I tried doing both

Here's a series on how I clean my apples for candy apples. ruclips.net/p/PLSve20__OpxHn2jrfGgn4H_zj7MSckuWR It's best to use Granny Smith apples.
@@DIYQUEENDIVA thank you 😊
You're so welcome.
I see your candy looks a little loose. When I did mine the bubbles started to form in the sides

Does it have to be corn syrup? Can I use karo syrup?
I use Karo almost all the time but any brand will work as long as it’s light.💕

They were good!!!
I know that's right....lol.
How hard is the candy coating with 6/4/1
It’s hard like a candy apple but not thick so it makes a perfect candy apple to bite into with the perfect crunch.
This is my go to recipe! Love love love it but i still can’t do white right😫😫

@@DIYQUEENDIVA thank you! I tried that before and because it never reached 300 degrees it still burned! I’m going to still play around with it.
Oh, in this case it sounds like you need to replace your candy thermometer. I wonder if you have the correct candy thermometer?
Is it okay to dip apples that have soft spots?
No, I wouldn't dip those. Try to inspect your apples for dents and soft spots before dipping.
@@DIYQUEENDIVA thank you.
