Hi Andrew been watching your channel now for couple weeks now and really enjoy the wide subjects that you have done from new to older coaches and the resorts just fabulous.
Andrew, you just keep stepping up the game. I'm impressed to say the least. This would be a great place to stay for me as I prefer the Gulf Coast of Florida.
Gorgeous place to park a Bus! Many of these types of places have STRICK HOA rules and fees. No RVs older than 10 years old, etc, etc.... I get the reason why, but most of us DO NOT QUALIFY.
@Adymn Sani yes i can appreciate this way of life but many cant afford it ,ie -me :) but seasonal campsites and camping can be great, cheap and fun and allow campfires and just not so high end

Is there anything built at this resort or other resorts for the wheelchair user? I'm thinking like roll-in shower, vanity knee space, ceiling track lift system in bathroom and bedroom, adaptive features in kitchen.
Call for pricing, lol, yeah ok, so it all depends on how much they can talk you into, and out of $$. For pavement facing a pond and possibly a cabin too. Buy the lot, and or finance the lot and your rig, don’t forget monthly fees to cut the grass. Basically hidden means ridiculous. Fool some, but I guess that’s all this guy needs to do. I look at it this way, you don’t sell land and houses by saying call for pricing. Because there is nothing private about these transactions. It’s called ‘fluff talk’, putting it nicely. Green cut grass and a pond looks nice anywhere in the world. Lol. Cheers🍻

@@donbruder6838 I bet if you ponied up the money they would sell you a lot there and allow your super c RV there. He is working over time trying to sell these and the market is very limited, especially with a huge RV resort right next door.
@@donbruder6838 the park i belong to we ride side by sides on our 80 acres and we have a bar, restaurant ,new pool and im backed up to a pond and the best part $1550 a season ,fishing , old golf cart trails,and being able to have a CAMPFIRE you cant do that when your high end! lol sad but the truth :) i want to feel like i'm still camping, but to each there own -ya know? all good and it is beautiful! and it inspires me to create a outside paradise @ my CAMP :)

The lots are all custom built so I'm sure that could be accommodated
Andrew is correct our architect can help you configure the interior to fit your needs.
NOW all the A class RV mfgs need to do is make A class rigs with patios so you can enjoy your lots view.
