I like your vlog! And I like “Sanrio”. They are so cute.
I recommend going down in weight for your dumbbell curls if you can't lift them properly and fully extend your arms. You should be moving the weights, and not having the weights move you. You're bringing your body towards the weights as you contract your arm when rather your body should stay stagnant. It helps a lot if you engage your core.
