The cable inside the springs is a good one!🙂👍 For the Floyd Rose restringing you can use the strings card package; it does the job. This vídeo is a good reminder of simple things we can do to make our guitars play better. The tightening of the tuners os an important one for tuning stability on guitars without Floyd Rose. Trust me, this is all real. Everything except the strap block screws stripping... I nwver have had that issue because I never mess with them, but everything else works. The Floyd rose, sock, and tuning tricks are lifesavers.
I haven't tried it myself so not 100% sure if it would work, but perhaps B Standard tuning + capo on 5th fret? I'm not exactly sure if the capo would just render the sock wrap pointless or not
You can also use a Fretwrap for the ringing behind nut but usually that an issue when you have thicker strings cause same thing happens to extended range guitars

They are legit but I'd use graphite pencil to lube my nut🤪 and bridge rather than messy grease👍

You can also lightly dip the toothpick in wood glue to help fill it in. This hack will last longer than the toothpick alone.

It is for tapping with high gain. When I put it just next to the nut I could play the open strings tho. The capo wouldnt do

The screwhole wasnt any tighter when you inserted the toothpick, it still wabled. Just insert wood putty/glue, drill a whole and then rescrew it in.
