My favorite Knight Rider episode is Race for Life Season 2 Episode 16. When Michael and KITT saved Becky's life when they found the donor. At the end KITT showed how happy he really was.
I liked both episodes with K.A.R.R. K.A.R.R. was played in a wonderfully over the top evil way, which contrasted well with William Daniels's also excellent, but often understated performance as K.I.T.T.
Under rated? You gotta be kidding me. Kitt is the world's greatest automobile, not an under rated recreational vehicle. All these episodes shown were really good. I liked them all.
One thing I always think was a shame. They had Ann Turkel play essentially the same character in three different roles (Adrianne Margaeux, Adrianne St Clair and Bianca Morgan). I know Knight Rider didn't have running storylines, but they could have made all three the same character, with Micheal and K.I.T.T. interfering with her plans. Ann Turkel herself said in an interview that she didn't understand why she was asked back to play different roles. Could have been fun having her as what we now know as a "Big Bad".
well you sort of answered your own question there. about the storylines and that's the main reason why it wasn't the same character. But otoh they had some villains return for a second round (Goliath returns and Kitt vs Karr) but with the guest stars (don't quote me on this) it may have had to do with how the contracts were written at the time I think we can agree that Ann Turkel was fantastic! All three roles she hit it out of the park. What I think is so interesting is if you compare her to Patricia McPherson they seem to have similar mannerisms and ways of speaking. In all 3 of her appearances Ann was essentially the "evil twin" of Bonnie!
@@resetsetmefree478 We can agree she was fantastic.. There may be a good reason they didn't do it. The only people who would really know are the crew, and the people in charge at the show. I was just wishing out loud really. That said, most shows in the 80s didn't really do running plotlines (outside of soaps). I think the perception was they'd lose the viewer that just dips in to the show if those viewers thought they'd have to watch hours of story to keep up. We know, thanks to things like the reboot Battlestar Galactica and Game of Thrones that people are willing to put in the hours if they think it'll be worth it.
@@stuartcastle2814 good point there and yes it's different now since binge watching is so easy but back in time day not everybody even had a vcr so you always had to wait for your favorite show to come on
Deadly Maneuvers, Plush Ride, White Bird, Brother's Keeper, Custom KITT, Ring of Fire, Race for Life, Knightmares, A Good Knight Work, Big Iron, Lost Knight, Knight in Retreat, Scent of Roses
Who makes these? Those are one of the most famous episodes! An example of the real underrated episode was 'Just My Bill' Season 1. Logical scenario (rare thing in Knight Rider!), consistenly high production quality, and good action scenes variety. There are several chase sequences and a fight with helicopter armed with grenade launcher. And it actually had low ratings at the time. Probably because 5 year olds didn't get the concept of political scheme.
Underrated by who? Some of these are among the all-time most popular episodes of Knight Rider, such as Goliath Returns, Junkyard Dog, and Trust Doesn't Rust.
No "Knight of the Drones"? That's one of my favourites, yet I find that's considered to be way more underrated compared to some of these episodes. Despite it introducing KITT's new dash, just as "Knight of the Juggernaut" introduces SPM and convertible mode. Curious to see the top 10 most overrated episodes lol
Um how the heck are these underrated? They're widely considered some of the best KR episodes by fans. Now if the list included Knight and Knerd or Knight of a Thousand Devils that might be a different story.
Probably cuz in Season 3's opener Knight of the Drones, KITT gets towed into the semi after he's hit by the missile, Bonnie repairs him and upgrades his dash, then Michael checks out KITT's new dash and they're back on the road again all in the same act.
My favorite Knight Rider episode is Race for Life Season 2 Episode 16. When Michael and KITT saved Becky's life when they found the donor. At the end KITT showed how happy he really was.
Honorable Mention: Michael losing his memory. You felt how vulnerable and confused he was in a world he wasn’t part of for over a year.
Junkyard Dog is the episode we all remember.
Because we wanted to tear Birock to shreds for what he did to KITT, both physically and mentally.
😡I'd seek similar revenge too in Knight's Shoe.
@@noahpartic7586 No kidding!
@@sashamountainwater9322 Wouldn't you?
@Noah Partic Of course. I'd show less mercy than Michael and KITT did.
But then again, those two have better morals than I.

1:02 1:02 😊
Soul Survivor one of my favourites, great music in the scene at the house.
Good luck controlling KITT with a 2600 controller though
The last one is closest we'll ever get to Knight Boat
Under rated? You gotta be kidding me.
Kitt is the world's greatest automobile, not an under rated recreational vehicle.
All these episodes shown were really good. I liked them all.
"Custom KITT" is very underrated. Such a funny episode. 😅
All awesome episodes! Terrific picks!
These are some good picks
Can't understand why you say these episodes are underrated, they are all awesome.
Race for life should be on this list
Underrated? I LOVED these episodes!
I dont ever think knight rider should be underrated it was the magic of the 80.s at its best

I just noticed something. After K.I.T.T. crashes through the concrete wall, when Michael gets out the MPH readout on the dash says 911.
Most of these episodes are not underrated. They are amongst the best Top 20 for sure.
It's Sad When KITT Got Destroyed from The Acid Pitt!!
Underrated by who? Some of these are among the all-time most popular episodes of Knight Rider, such as Goliath Returns, Junkyard Dog, and Trust Doesn't Rust.
9:30 Look Kitt!! We're Jesusing!!
Very good 9:31😁😁😁
In the 80's you could remote control a car with your Commodore 64? :0
with the cartridge yes. Not with the tape deck that would take forever
****7:05** if you look real closley, you can see a guy with a camera in the mirror**

knight rider 2000
Film memory saat masih SMP 👍
Knight of the Phoenix
last one lol kitt driving on water lol
Since when is "Trust Doesn't Rust" an underrated episode?
Peacock should have never 😤 taken it off. It the biggest mistake they ever did. And they need to bring it back.
Kingdom
5:58 Furious 7 anyone?
The original Fast and Furious! 😂
Junkyard Dog is underrated Soul Survivor and Goliath Returns are decent episodes of Season 2
Um how the heck are these underrated? They're widely considered some of the best KR episodes by fans. Now if the list included Knight and Knerd or Knight of a Thousand Devils that might be a different story.

I'll have the Rolls Royce Silver Shadow 11 at 8:02 TO 8:07 if no-one wants it thanks.
Junkyard dog made zero sense. Why not microlock the baddys breakes in the first place before it got destroyed
K 2000
Knight Of The Juggernaut seeing KITT get destroyed was Awful a lot Worse then Season 3 Opener!!
Probably cuz in Season 3's opener Knight of the Drones, KITT gets towed into the semi after he's hit by the missile, Bonnie repairs him and upgrades his dash, then Michael checks out KITT's new dash and they're back on the road again all in the same act.
