I’m not saying it’s bad to dream. But that’s a lot to achieve by the age of 40.
"Willing to learn" probably means for her that he's willing to learn how to please her and meet her expectations.

So glad Kevin finally called out "educated"; what that really means for a lot of people when they say they want their partner to be educated is "I want my partner to have the social validation of a degree" (because then I'll look better by association). There's an insidious narcissism hidden in there.
I heard a lady ask another “does your husband know how to manifest”. “Manifesting” is a code word for entitlement.
You can’t hold on to anything you don’t feel entitled to. Basic psychological mechanics if you feel unworthy of something having that something will make you feel insecure. Be careful not to throw the baby out with the bath water. Manifestations happens all the time typically when your telling yourself over and over you don’t want to get a call or run into someone. Even if that is pure bull to you. Feeling entitled is basic social dynamics you can’t effectively ask a girl out you don’t feel entitled to or apply for a job same. And you certainly can’t keep them. Being entitled is not a problem if it’s based in your actual personal experience. Being delusional and acting entitled to things you’re not will get your bubble popped. But shooting lower then your actual value is just as dissfunctional as the opposite. The key is knowing what you have earned in life and knowing your actual value, then acting entitled to what that implies will do nothing but net you success. Our host teaches realism, when he says “your not going to tell me I don’t know what I’m talking about” and mutes the other person, it’s because he knows he has done the work to be entitled to a superior opinion. Thinking you can’t make things happen is dumb, it’s that these girls think they can make completely contradictory things happen simultaneously which is the issue. She probably can make it in business I’ve met people of her type who are incredibly successful. Can she do that and get a man and have a family, no because of a insane variety of reasons. She has to have priorities in life. If you have priorities you’ll make things happen proportional to a few things not the least of which is what are you willing to sacrifice.
Don’t knock entitlement which a common trait among successful men. Knock delusional thinking and unrealistic expectations. Entitlement is what every championship fighter feels when he’s says it’s my belt. look at any successful person and you will see insane amounts of entitlement coupled with singularity of intent. They are ready to die to prove they deserve it. People who have an entire multiplicity of goals all which take infinite amounts of time are deluded entitlement at that point is just one symptom of a broken mentality.

You have to make goals based of your living situation and income ! My husband makes about 150k a year and we just purchased our first home for 800k 5bed 3b 4000sq feet in white neighborhood. The way we were able to reach this goal was by saving for 10 years , couponing , not eating out , not spree shopping , investing in stock market . We gave 20% down payment on 800k home along with good credit our monthly mortgage is under 3k. He also bought the Cadillac Escalade 600 with a 20k downpayment and good credit . Which is perfect for our 3 kids. pretty much my point is to say that you can’t just manifest and expect things to drop from the sky ! You have to be setting realistic expectations. Also with the right discipline. You cannot expect 90k porshe and want to constantly spend $400-1000 on sew in weave etc you have to save invest coupon etc.

I have a cousin that lives in San Jose. A $900,000 house where he lives is a one story house with (maybe) three bedrooms.
A six bedroom house is more like $7,000,000.00.
My cousin has a Masters degree and is a teacher. He and his (college educated) wife both work a full time and a part time job each.
California is borderline unlivable, even with two incomes where both people make almost six figures each.
It doesn’t hurt to dream, but it helps to live in reality.

So many people are moving to Colorado it is literally pushing natives like myself out. This woman has a master's degree. We are seeing her capacity for critical thinking on full display, and she has a MASTERS DEGREE. This is why we don't respect it when a woman tells us this.
For anyone curious, I have not one, but two master's degrees from state universities. They are a joke. I've seen enough of academia now that I have less respect for PHDs now that I know what's involved. Published research papers, especially in social sciences, are 90% nonsense.
I would pass many of these women's primary relationship filters with my degrees and it's meaningless. I am around of a lot of blue collar workers and when I'm in a room of highly skilled carpenters, electricians, and plumbers, I feel like an idiot.

America's education system has been watered down into becoming pretty much a business. Colleges offer useless degree programs, promising you that you can get such a great education and get a great job. The reality is that degrees have become less valuable in the modern age unless you're going into STEM or have something lined up already after school. So colleges in many cases do a HORRIBLE job preparing people for the real world.
I have a BA in Business Administration that I haven't been able to use at all in the 12 years since graduating. At my last job, which was in food service (ended once the pandemic hit here in America), one of my former coworkers had an MBA. She was one of the GOOFIEST people I've ever known in my life! It shouldn't take an MBA to know that you shouldn't put trays of food on the FLOOR in front of customers! There's this thing called OSHA that has regulations against these sorts of things.
Moral of the story is that having a degree has no bearing on a person's competency. They might good at the field they specialized in (even THAT'S dubious), but they may still have poor LIFE skills!!!
She seemed to actually listen and wasn’t super aggressive or felt the need to “be heard” she was patient and just let KS talk and I think he appreciated that about her so he in turn was more patient with her and took more time explaining things to her.
