Un très beau plat la viande semble très tendre quand vous la coupez...je ne sais pas si vous avez rincé la viande après avoir laissé le bicarbonate pour attendrir la viande ou juste laissé ou enlever avec du sopalin....je veux texter la sauce doit être Délicieuse .. merci..😂😂
