I've heard that some women experience mental disorders after giving birth. A common one is Postpartum depression. This seems to be an extreme case of that.
I think kate should die, i don't like her. How could she stole her bestfriend's husband, having sex with him and even has a kid? She did a wrong thing, how could she even going crazy? This is her fault.

Thats what I don't get. So she never got an ultrasound, the doctors never told her she only had one baby, the husband's kid came out close to the exact same day and the wife never bothered to look at their birth certificates?

Moral of the story: ALWAYS ask the doctor, nurses, or other medical staff if they’re sure that’s your baby so they don’t accidentally mistake it over someone else’s or think that someone took another kid for whatever reason

Its easy for your child to be mistaken. Cause your baby 90% of the time won't look like you. When I came out the nurses thought that my mom stole a baby cause to them I looked "white" my aunt didn't believe my mum only my dad. It took time for them to realise that I indeed did belong to my mum. I looked like both my mum and dad and as I grew my dad and mum said I reminded me of my grandma. Its so easy to misplace a child nurses do it also.

I thought the same, that random nurse (not a doctor) only believed the story from a crazy woman in an assylum, which supposedly happened many years ago. Weird. Is perfectly possible that the ex best friend imagined everything, the pregnancy, the baby, it's even possible that her own baby (if it existed) passed away when she threw it.
