You know that male ghost in the second story went back more freaked out than the girl, he’s probably telling his ghost friends about how a random girl was able to see him and even tried to talk to him.

For the man at the elevator, he was a ghost. When he was alive he lived in that apartment possibly decades ago when the interior was different. He some how died rather suddenly while he was away from home, and didn't know that he died and he came to the apartment and when the girl spoke to him to the man finally noticed the surroundings and saw that the place he knew had changed (i.e different colored walls, tiled floors that were once hardwood , new decorations). The man still not knowing he was a ghost fled believing he was either in a parallel universe or had entered a time warp that took him to the future.
So was he the one responsible for the sexual assaults? The only thing I didn’t understand in this story is that in the news they said to speak to someone if they’re following u to prevent the assault.

I have a true story I wanna share. I was walking home from school with my friends and my friends arrived to there houses and went home so I had to go home by myself and I was 20 minutes away from my house. And across the street I see a guy that looked like he was in his early 50s he noticed me and stared at me with a creepy smile so I just started walking home. Then I started to notice he was following me so I started running he started chasing after me but he did not catch up to me because how old he was. And I never saw that man again…
