Fun fact: the boy who plays Tommen in this season actually played another Lannister boy last season. He was one of the Lannister boys Rob Stark had prisoner and he was killed by Lord Karstark to avenge his sons. He was the boy who’s final words were “I’m just a squire!”
Lady Olenna basically seduced Luthor Tyrell and got him to fall for her instead of her sister. She wanted to marry into a richer great house rather than the royal Targaryen house because she probably knew how messed up the Targaryens are in the family. And in this episode, Margaery was doing the same thing with Tommen before Cersei makes a move just as her grandmother did years ago. Like grandmother like granddaughter. And you are right that Margaery is taking advantage of Tommen but I do think she actually feels bad for him a little because she now knows he has been abused and tormented a lot by his older brother and has a disturbing past. Anyone would if you heard it. Margaery is many things but I don’t believe she is 100% heartless. She knows how to be manipulative and cunning but I do think she has shown herself to be genuinely empathetic, kind, and compassionate to certain people. I think she will grow to genuinely like Tommen down the road once they marry. She will have to have some affection for him at some point because they are planning to spend the rest of their lives together and it’s kinda hard to feign an attraction and care to someone who is just a sweet kindhearted gentleman.

Lord Bolton sent that guy (who cut Jaime's hand) to the watch. Since Theon told them the truth about Bran and Rickon, he suspected that they may go to Castle Black to meet Jon, their only living relative, so he sent that guy to bring them back
Your discussion at the end about Joffrey's death brings back memories of how we used to have deep and intense discussions of episodes and events in the show every week when it first aired. It was fun.
Omg she thought Olenna doesn't care about politics and was just protecting her daughter? Olenna calculated that it would be far easier and far less riskier to manipulate the 2nd son. That's why they didn't wait for consumation. Plus the king dying right after consummation would've been far more suspicious for the Tyrells.
@@Longshanks1690 Oh yeah for sure. I'm talking in terms of the show, since saying with certainty the Tyrells poisoned Joffrey in Asoiaf is premature. Olenna Tyrell made a political master game. She killed Joffrey to protect her granddaughter and marry her to the next King and take control of the Seven Kingdoms(and indirectly destroyed Tyrion's marriage to Sansa so that the Lannisters would never claim the North).
About ser Alliser Thorne, we don't really why he's so anger, but we can tell he was in the loosing side - Mad King's side - when Robert Baratheon won the rebellion.
