Wow...beautiful Marmon. All we need is Rubber Duck and "we got ourselves a Convoy"!! So nice to see road freight warriors like this Marmon brought back to proper glory
Damn good looking Marmon!!! My dad worked for a company that only used cab over Marmons. I’m guessing back in ‘84, they flew him to their factory to pick up his new truck. Great to see yours looking so great!!👍🏻👍🏻
What a lovely machine a treat for anyone’s eyes and a treat for anyone’s ears beautiful sounds beautiful machine certainly don’t make them like that anymore unfortunately.🇬🇧👍🇬🇧
Cab over tractors and trucks are my personal favorite. They are big, bold, burly, and all business. No nonsense brutish power. The coe exudes a more locomotive like look.
Beautiful truck you don't see Marmons to often my uncle used to drive a long nose with a condo sleeper when i was a kid. I remember he would pick my and my sister up and bring us down south when he did a Ohio run and crossed over to NY. Coming down Fancy Gap was a great time back in the day and he used to have the Jake's singing with a load of shopping carts in the wagon.
@@dolanroufs1032 You’re correct in the fact I should have said in front of the front drive axle. Trucks had a lot of cool things before technology . Before G.P.S. They had something called a taco graph. Which was a round paper disk that was locked into the tachometer, and would show if you were driving the whole day, or sitting wasting time. It was state of the art back then.
I really miss these ol' girls. My first 3 or 4 jobs in my driving career were cabovers. International, Mack, Freightliner, KW, and my all time favorite.........the cabover Pete.
Yup one of George and Charlie's many beautiful trucks. I saw the conventional Marmon at the 2022 international plowing mach in Kemptville Ont. Last week. Beautiful.
Almost bought a marmon in the early 80's boy they were built the cab's looked so good reminded me of the early days of the peterbilt's and pre 90's KW's that one is well preserved 👍👍
Nice lookin cabover. I drove a Marmon long nose "back in the day". Miighty fine truck. Had a 3406B w13sp. behind it. Not many could keep up. That B model was "twecked" just a bit. LOL 😊
Driving since '93 and honestly never seen a Marmon cabover. Badass
Me nether it's nice it's no Pete tho
Because they were hand built and they don't make them anymore.
They weren't too popular saw more of the conventional Morman trucks in my 47 years of driving

Sweet put it in museum ✨️
It already is.
Gorgeous. Just like when I was a kid.
Drove them in 1964, for a farmer taking grain to the elevator. I was 16 , loved every single minute of it.
If a Peterbilt is a Cadillac, a Marmon is a Rolls-Royce
You mean marmon mormon is a religion lol

Wow, I saw something on that truck that I haven't seen in a while. A set of sanders in front of the front axle. Very nice truck, thanks for sharing.
For added traction in snow im assuming? Like a railroad sander thats pretty cool.
Ive always heard marmons are the cadillacs of the truck world.
You could specify forward driver. Not complaining, had to take another look.
