This game does a great job of creating the illusion that it's non-linear. The levels look massive, the atmosphere is great. Even if you're following a single path, it feels like there's a giant wild jungle around you. Awesome game.
For a 2008 game, its draw distance and the atmosphere are phenomenal. I think it was ahead of its time. If Propoganda Games had waited a few years, it could have been a PS4/Xbox One game. It's a shame that they went defunct, though, because I read there was going to be a sequel to this game.
Yes I think this is aa key to the turok franchise. The original n64 game was one of the first generation games utilising the fog of war mechanic to use fog to create immersion and atmospheric vibe.
When Turok first came out on N64, it felt like the golden age of gaming. Still titles I play today from N64 and Ps1 and early Ps2 days. Incredible memories!
Dude i was like 7 or something when that came out, and it was on my brothers n64. The first system we had, I felt like such a badass playing that game with all the blood. When my parents saw it they were pissed at us and took it away! ah the memories
I remember the knife being the most efficient way to take down raptors. Just get close enough to trigger the takedown prompt, you could chain those if they positioned themselves right. Great game, great memories playing it!
I know that this rendition of turok strayed away from the originals. But damn it I love the Aliens meets Jurassic Park feel of this game. I always considered this as a Turok story in a different universe respectfully.
To be far this is better then Escape from Lost Valley were it strays even more away from the original games. They did try to at least be a little unique with this.
This was seriously one of the first games I remember playing on the PS3. I was in 4th or 5th grade absolutely obsessed. Tried getting all the knife kills and loved sending dinosaurs to fight the enemies for me. Great memories.
I remember renting this game over and over just to beat it and played all the other original turok games and trying to play online by myself with no internet and playing the online levels with no one around/running around and thinking to myself god this would be so much fun with other people fighting off dinos but never seeing it. Would wander for hours imagining other people and practicing maps. Then life happened and got internet for the first time when i was 27 and forgot about all of this....I miss the hype i felt for this game when i was a teen. Such nostalgic here.

I kept thinking about it from time to time over the years and now you are doing a playthrough!! I thank you for this you brought back so many memories. I am touched beyond recognition.
I remember Turok on N64. Dinosaur Hunter and Seeds of Evil were my favorite games. This character has a huge potential and an interesting setting. And it would be great if a remake would be made about Turok, something like a mix of "This Land is My Land", "Dino Crisis", and some bit of "DOOM".

Holy shit, people know this existed. Deadass one of the first games I ever witnessed being played
Loved this game. got me used to not having auto aim on console and a decent multiplayer when it wasn't lagging fun game for sure.
Just imagine 2 of your buddies flying above you on a jet with powerful guns and just watch you fighting giant tyrannosaur and waiting to land to pick you up just until you have killed the being by your own. What a friends!
Awesome I was wondering when I would see this game again to bad they wont bring it back for new gen
Jungle textures and graphics look quite similar to those of Peter Jackson's King Kong game from 2005.
thanks for a full gameplay.even if i dont have a console for this.but i love to watch😊😊💖 thanks a lot more game to come😊😊
Had me at the title, but damn do we need a better game of Turok, the magic and weapons.
This is from 2008

Definitely brings back old memories need to make a new one
It would be perfect a Farcry stile TUROK game!!!!😁👍👍👍👍
Turok was one of those games I played growing up, it was amazing. Very underrated and unlike anything that was on the market back then.
Wrong
I need a remake or a sequel, it’s been too long
Dude good for you, your RUclips has been popping off since the first time I've seen your channel! Good for you man, love watching your videos, the no commentary hits different forsure, and you're not like other RUclipsrs, you're actually good at games, you actually have common sense which is so nice to see, bc I hate watching people play games and screaming in my head at them about stuff, like most RUclipsrs can see the word gullible on a wall and read it out loud and question it, if you get what I mean, keep up the good work gamer
Ohh boi. Childhood memories ❤️

I really loved Turok 2 Seeds of Evil. I only had the cartridge at the time, never saw the box art, booklet or any info, and went into it blind. It was so incredible because the way they introduce extraterrestrials eventually, just gave me a huge sense of wonder and fascination. I'd love to see a T2 remake!
This game is a childhood goldmine for me, I could never beat the ending because the damn Trex scared the living hell out of me. I used to make that smg out of legos, best time of my life.
Great Video MKIceAndFire.
Great game as well as the originals. I only hope they make a new one that is amazing also
Turok 2 seeds of evil was one of my fav ❤
Man this was one of my absolute favorite games on ps3. Oh the memories I have about this game. Needs a sequel or something!
36:00 OH DEAR 😂
This is the closest to Dino Crisis
i like how 36 minutes into the video, you can find that the map is not loaded. I love when mk includes these clips of him finding broken shit.
Had to cleanse my eyes after seeing that turok origins abomination
I had fun with this game; I just remember it being not long enough
Love this game, wanna see a sequel or remaster at least
A sequel was in the works way back in the day. But it was cancelled sadly it looked badass. We only can dream
"Remind me not to get on your bad side, Turok" *Proceeds to constantly insult and threaten Turok*
