@@hworanglaw1629 You can refine the talisman level to max level 7 at shop and the skill level to max level 3 with frequent use those are two totally different things.
By putting orbs in the fate ability tree. Not recommended unlocking on first play through as this technique is not very effective in combat anyways and its better to put your orbs in other more worthwhile ability trees.
@@thetruth7105 Sorry for the typo its in the fate ability menu I realized this after I replied. That augite is available to exchange for points at the Colosseum or a treasure map rank S reward if your lucky its one of the random rewards.

Do you have to go to destiny talisman shop to upgrade or do you have to using the technique
Both. You can refine it at the shop to a max level 7 and with frequent use to a max level 3.
