Lol the "I don't work out at all" part I felt that in my bones!! As a renter in the area watching Legacy Heights build up over the years - your videos are truly inspiring me!

Its pretty cool to see how much it's grown up. They are just now entering into the last phases of building it out. I can't believe it!!

Oh good to know! My plan is to renew my lease 1 more year to save and plan to buy next year. Do you think Legacy Heights will still have new homes available in that time frame?

Yes, I know that Lennar has plans for new homes in the Fairview area (next to Pringle Creek) starting in Spring 2025.
That whole area is being built out so I am sure more builders will be moving in.

Re The Airport: The hobbyist pilots are the worst.
Antique radial engines popping and sputtering is, ... wait a minute. I LOVE that part.

Tell us more! I know others would love to hear your perspective about the area. What do you think people should know about Morningside that I didn't mention?

Does "agrihood" mean the lots are large (acre-sized)?

Great question. There are a few different versions of an "Agrihood" out there but some key pillars are: community focused, mixed use zoning (aka you can have a residential house next to a community center or cafe for example), farming (in this case a community green house), and for Pringle Creek, a focus on sustainability.
The best way to think of an Agrihood is a mini community that has access to nature, produce, and green spaces.
The lots in Pringle Creek are petite. The homes are close together but the intention of the community is that you have more public green spaces to spread out in (rather than your own acreage).
