There is profit and loss (debit) balance in balance sheet assets side. Shall we also subtract that from partners capital account to calculate capital ratio ?

Sir in case of fluctuating capital method , the solvent partners having credit balances are required to bring cash for realisation loss so that the creditors or liabilities are paid . But in case of fixed capital method the solvent partners having credit balances are not required to bring cash for realisation loss ...sir why ? In case of fixed capital method the liabilities are not required to be paid or what ?please reply sir 🙇
