Roger done some great Pink Floyd songs in lockdown. All the participants were remote over live links. They are worth having a look at. He done Mother and Two Suns in the Sunset.
@Dev, as far as filling spaces adequately for live performances. Almost any space can be done well with the right engineers. Even massive open outdoor stadiums will sound amazing at a cost. Floyd is not afraid to pay that bill. 🎸🎤🎵
Love your comment at the end. Wish You Were Here was made before music became mobile. To appreciate it one has to listen. It’s uninteresting as background noise. In the day, when new records came out, we took them home and listened while staring at the record turning. Focused listening. It’s harder to do that while driving or through headphones while shopping or whatever.
I think you guys would like to see the Live 8 concert from 2005 where David Gilmour, Rick Wright & Nick Mason reunited with Roger Waters for a one off 20 minute charity set in London. They played Breathe (In The Air), Money, Wish You Were Here & Comfortably Numb. It was the first time all four of them had played together since Roger left in 1985. It was also the last time all four of them played together. Richard died in September of 2008. They sounded fantastic to me. The body language seemed a little awkward though. Loved this reaction! When they played Dark Side in it's entirety, WYWH was the first encore, but was played during the second set when Dark Side wasn't in the set list. Hey You took it's place in the encore. Hopefully you do more Floyd (and others') albums by side in their entirety, it works out really well, imo. Looking forward to Rumours next. Maybe you'll get to some Heart soon, too. Cheers!
@MusicforBusyPeople That's fair. I know RUclips can be arbitrary with what they allow vs. what they don't. I think most of us would be happy with half a side at a time if RUclips decides to be picky with full sides. Regardless, the way you did WYWH, and the live/cover video was great!

Watch Roger's "The Wall" from 2016 you want see 1 % of the people that were not alive in 1979. I really enjoy the content of your site. I must say that there are so many distractions that make it difficult to enjoy any of your videos. I have tried multiple times with the same effect. First of all, I feel that the young lady with you wants to listen and enjoy the music but has problems with that too. It was over 3 minutes of listening to you, mainly you, before the music even started. Once it did, the two or three words that you would say way too often is a total distraction. You talked before the video, and during the video and after the video. How about before? Stop the video mid way through it and at the end for your reaction. It's easier to react to it if you are able to hear at least some of it.
Nope. I still don’t get engaged or involved with these three songs. They’re soggy tofu compared to the raw meat you’re going to be served on “ Animals” and sonically flat compared to the dynamics of DSOM. My opinion is, of course, subjective and worthless lol. That's Jon Carin on keyboards, he played keyboards touring on with Pink Floyd on and off going back to 1988, 3 years after Roger Waters quit the band. Carin played keyboards along with Rick Wright of course, one of the Founding members of Pink Floyd. Waters can barely sing these days, he never was a very good singer to begin with, that's why Gilmour sang most of his songs. In fact, Rick Wright had more vocal parts in Pink Floyd than Waters did. Oh, but Waters can play 3 chords on guitar, Yay! As you can tell I am NOT a Roger Waters fan, he got what he deserved as far as I'm concerned.

58 now and grew up with floyd, I always say Pink Floyd are not a band, they are an experience.

Waters always do or did great tour...live 2002 is great too (doyle bramhall as guitarist was very interesting)...

Doing entire sides can be tricky. Sometimes RUclips blocks videos with 4 or more copyrighted songs. I have had to split videos in the past.
