I find it hard to believe that ship is 2.8k blocks

Size matters not with the right build and flying. I got a small strike Corvette armed with 12 artillery turrets. It’s 1400 blocks and under 1 million kg. It’s got a small frontal profile and is pure hydrogen. Goes 0-100 in under 3 seconds in all directions except for reverse. It has destroyed battleships with 15k blocks and over 100 turrets with minimal damage to my ship. Speed wins everything

Honestly I don't know about you guys but if I was the captain of that enemy ship I would have went out with the ship mainly because I'm too lazy to repair big ships like that

That wouldn’t have been the move on their part. We already lost 2 800-ish block large grid ships, so they were winning before I pulled up with the frigate to their 10k. Losing that ship would have been a crippling loss. The owner of the ship actually would have been willing to fight to the death had the fighters not arrive.

Smaller ships should always keep range against larger ships. You can easily dodge all but rail guns if you stay outside of 800m range.

the thing is ship classes are arbitrary
    *sigh*

Size almost never matters in space engineers. I've had 1500 block ships take out 100000 blocks ships.

Server is Stanton’s Prison. I should have a discord link on some of my other videos that works.

Weird server. Only 10k blocks limit. Somehow not enough for a "battleship". It can be seen that he has quite a few turrets and gyroscopes, and he plays passively.

10k block limit is on there for the sake of performance. A lot of people are active on the server especially right now and sometimes the server’s performance tanks because of such, so not really optimal to allow every single player to have 10k+ ships. The opponent in question also has isn’t a passive player. He’s had a history of being a more aggressive player. He suggested after the fight that his ship wasn’t a proper pvp ship and that it could be more armed, but it was a warship nonetheless and he brought it to Earth expecting he could lure one of us in and get some kills.

@@5p3ctral14 Hahaha, in that case he is definitely a noob)
Large ships are not assembled from the head on the "wings of artistic fantasy". Many weeks of calculations and tests are needed before assembly can be started.
And yet, I think you are a little cunning. You can't call a 10k block nooby ship comparable to a real battleship.
Coming soon the battleship Veliky Admiral Nakhimov in the workshop, I hope it will not disappoint you :)

@@ckivhorrorcreative2539 Tbf you may be somewhat onto something. I don't think he has had any actual experience against opponents who utilize the meta, and I'm pretty sure he's especially new to warfare 2 since I don't think he's been on a server for quite some time. And yeah that ship isn't a battleship even by my standards. I'm pretty sure the frigate I used even in the iteration of that time had like . . . probably 60-75% of the firepower of that 10k? If not more? I just titled it a battleship for the sake of the algorithm.
