In the UK auxiliary heating and colour coded mirrors are standard. The only must have extra on a Coast are LED lights. Alloy wheels on both Coast and Ocean models are bit naff and cost of upgrading to the next size are about £1200. Other desirable extras for both models are metallic paint at £750, Bed extension with comfort mattress for sleeping downstairs £312, tyre monitoring £156 and wooden floor £492. Difficult to justify the extra £8000 cost of an Ocean because of the double glazing on some windows, virtual cockpit and upgraded air conditioning, satnav and minor differences to the pop-up roof especially when you have to spend another few thousand pounds on essential upgrades.
Hi Sean, Everything can be done. But it would be a very hard (and costly) thing to do. Because the heater is controlled by the Camper Control Unit. It will always be cheaper to order from factory. Greetings Martyn -MyCalifornia
Many people add the Planar 2D heater in their busses. Not very hard to do and almost the same thing as the factory ones.Maybe not the first option for a brand new California but relieable and doable for a budget if you have an little older bus.ruclips.net/video/P5b3jN4cAPY/видео.html
Hello, in the ocean I see in the window above the refrigerator as three compartments that I think are new for the 2019 models. That piece is fixed and can not be opened to let in light through that window? or can it slide? Thank you.
Best video on youtube about the differences. Bravo!

Good video. I would like to see a video of what is new on the 2019 model, like the 3 compartments.

Yes it is new for the 2019 model year. It slides just like the earlier years. So you can open it to let light come in. Hope that helps. Martijn
It has been a great help. Your videos are helpful. Thank you.
Fucklights 😜😎😎🤣🤣🤣. Sorry couldn't help myself.
