Shutterspeed, video . Camera quality in apps. And tools in the camera app. Frontcamera. There is alot to take in. Iphone do this better then other androids, but in terms of quality on photos vivo wins.
He has a point tho.. iPhone is extremely consistent with photos and videos plus it's optimised for social media. But the IOS is dog sh1t so it's a hard choice for me personally

But 3rd party camera apps iPhone is a clear winner to me. I used to own both a 16 pro and x200 pro and kept the x200 pro it's like a pocketable dslr to me.

I used s24 ultra since release, and after getting x200 pro. I compare the video recording and i was so impressed by the vivo video quality compare to s24u, especially the zoom lens and the night video is so much better Also no shutter lag and cant focus on moving object like in s24u. Not to mention taking night photo is faster in x200pro I still prefer one ui over funtouch, but i might switch just becauss how good the camera is

I would say very close video and camera for ultrawide and primary sensors, but the zoom is a lot better on the X200 Pro. Not a zoom person, so either of these would be great. The problem is VIVO has not released in the UK for three years so for 99.99% of consumers over here it is irrelevant and the majority probably have never heard of it. The VIVO 90 was the most recent but sold poorly, and VIVO left. They do not sell in the US either, so no matter how good it is, and its telephotos are great, it is not going to be on many consumers shortlist in the West. As for importing, did it once and was a bad experience, and I would not recommend the average consumer to go that way, although it has improved since my episode. If anything goes wrong, no local support is a problem. So at the end of the day, the iPhone will be the choice between these two for the vast majority in the West, and for me, and for my secondary phone, an Android, there are too many to pick an easy choice, so I switch those every two years.
Yeah I'm in the States so everyone here uses the iPhone, Samsung, or Pixel. Luckily there is still some service if I plan to use the Vivo but not at the full network speeds. I think they know its not gonna be a major thing in the west but man the camera hardware is years ahead of what I have here in the states.

X100 ultra of course is better, x200 pro is best midrange phone and x100 ultra is flagship. X100 ultra has better microphone, better telephoto, main camera and wide camera, better speakers and has snapdragon that can run emulator like yuzu to play Nintendo games

iPhones still have the most consistent camera experience. Yes, Vivo is better in most photos and sometimes even in video, but the camera app experience, zoom and lens transitions, consistency between different sensors and overall balance is still best on iPhone. You can get amazing photo from Vivo but you can also get a pretty awful one like the skin smoothing. This won't happen with an iPhone.
@belec5964 not really though. Vivo has some of the smoothest lens transitions and consistency between lens colour profiles on Android and the app is pretty polished. Skin smoothing is on china only model, not on the international model. Apple also has it's own inconsistencies in certain scenarios. I think when the core photography and video is so good it's hard to see how apple can really be seen as better.

@ don’t like it really, its just not polished and optimized like ios, allways something that is not 100% or waiting for games and apps to come to android. User experience is just better on ios. Atleast for what i am using it for.
the best phones are Google Pixel and Sony Xperia and Samsung Google and Xperia Samsung Galaxy are better. If you just try using a different smartphone, your day will be happier.

even if it produced good shots vivo x200 pro is not optimized in most social media therefore it would be compressed and the end result is soft and not as good as the original file. thats tested and proven
in some photos the iPhone is better but in zoom it is not the best but the vivo also has errors. HDR like zoom and colors of the zoom lens yes it is good it crushed the iPhone but it has softness and noise too and saturated color but from the main camera it has noise and it is not the best here the iPhone and vivo are not good...but I prefer xiaomi + leica has better image quality than vivo even with zeiss it is not going well... but HDR is vivo's flaw for many years many say it is the best smartphone for taking pictures but for me it is not

@ don’t like it really, its just not polished and optimized like ios, allways something that is not 100% or waiting for games and apps to come to android. User experience is just better on ios. Atleast for what i am using it for.

even if it produced good shots vivo x200 pro is not optimized in most social media therefore it would be compressed and the end result is soft and not as good as the original file. thats tested and proven

in some photos the iPhone is better but in zoom it is not the best but the vivo also has errors. HDR like zoom and colors of the zoom lens yes it is good it crushed the iPhone but it has softness and noise too and saturated color but from the main camera it has noise and it is not the best here the iPhone and vivo are not good...but I prefer xiaomi + leica has better image quality than vivo even with zeiss it is not going well... but HDR is vivo's flaw for many years many say it is the best smartphone for taking pictures but for me it is not
