A rabbit reveals his never ending quest for breeding perfection, a Shetland pony shows a tidy set of hooves to impress his girlfriends, a competitive pig thinks that good losers are losers, and a chicken casts aspersions on the quality of the duck eggs. All bets are off, as the biggest and the best lock horns over their rosettes.
Nick Park’s Creature Comforts took the classic documentary style and applied it to the lives of wild animals and pets, matching a cast of clay characters with human voices to charming effect. Originating from Nick’s 1989 Academy Award®-winning short film, Creature Comforts was unique for using unscripted vox-pop interviews with the British public in a stop motion series that has become an Aardman classic.
The success of the short film led to two TV series, which broadcast on ITV, and an iconic series of commercials for the Electricity Board’s ‘Heat Electric’ campaign. Creature Comforts also went across the pond to the USA where the unique format was used once again to tell real-life stories from people in America. The claymation characters portray very human traits and contemplate absurdities of the universe such as, ""Do bald eagles ever feel self-conscious?"" and ""What makes pigs feel sexy?""

Oh my God the milk cow with the garter full of money 🤣🤣🤣
Just noticed it? Love how there’s often a visual joke somewhere in the background 😂
Absolute Genius, I’ve been watching Creature Comforts and anything by Aardman Animations since Morph!
My parents were both very horsey! Brilliant!
Smiles and giggles - every time one watches them 😊
4:03 On my gosh, they put in a Pushmi-Pullyu. References to Doctor Dolittle are rare, so that makes me smile. I think the Pushmi-Pullyu is one of my favorite fantasy characters. The Pokemon Girafarig's beta design was inspired by them.
“Never...no....only when I was forced to, once-“ her friend side-eyes her! Hilarious
After perusing all the episodes of Creature Comforts, I think this one is my favorite because I did the whole county fair thing in my youth. Also because I think that bull dropped an F-bomb hahahaha XD
Great! Just great 😆
Who on EARTH would downvote this harmless and innocent humour? As of now there are three of these odd people. Perhaps they should stand up for themselves and tell us WHY, exactly, this video should be voted down.
But they won't. Because they cannot formulate an argument.
Some of us don't agree with the views expressed by some of the interviewees (I know the views some of these people expressed about evolution really put _me_ off). But regardless of why we don't like them, we have a right to not like something, and people like yourself are NOT automatically entitled to know what those reasons are if we don't feel like voicing them. Don't assume everyone will agree with you all the time about everything, because that's not possible.
I’m ultimately delighted to just discover these. They are endless fun!
This makes my life better! Love it!
Love the way that rabbit laughs!
I think he might be a hare possibly. Looks very different to the white rabbits with the big noses. And definitely fits the description "Mad as a March Hare". Hares are generally all long limbs an scary faces
At 5:08 I’d have to agree with the duck always use proper pond for waterfowl not little dishes and buckets cuz it be ten times more work u know
I just wish this was back on British TV. Or Aardman made some more movies.
they made a movie recently
Maybe someday, we will get some more movies. I recommend 'The Pirates!' if you haven't seen that. It's my favorite, next to the Wallace & Gromit short when they visited the Moon.
When he keeps tapping the hog at 1:52 😹
Hog is funny as hell
Creature comforts Aardman it’s a fun show from blue pictures television.
Love these videos
4:06 Is that a pushmi-pullyu in the background.?
That rabbit gave me nightmares as a kid, his look... his laugh... I'm 19 now and I still get goosebumps o.o
He's a hare, but yeah the point was to match the voice of the eccentric old man with a very thick country accent with a strange animal. And a hare is a good match for that because of the saying 'Mad as a March Hare'
Think he's a mad march hare yep that laugh is mad scary
This reminds me of state fairs like the Minnesota state fair
Didn't know they still posted
Ha Ha, the more I win the more girlfriend I get! =)
I want new videos!
I want more different videos.
Julian Harris: write the comments everyone
Watched too much Dr Pol. That poor cow has bloat and needs relief! Reminds me of the fair episodes.
I Know Dr Pol.
Intro music too loud relative to creatures.
' Totty hunting'. Try saying that now pal.
Did any of the people in these interviews turn out to be furries?
What’s a furry?
