    the 3rd n 4th ones are legit reasons! the first second and 5th ones boss dude has every right to be sick of!

    Problem comes down to a mixture between management style and hiring.
    If management sucks, no one will want to be around to work. Happy managers and a happy environment means people will feel motivated to work.
    At the same token, some people just won't gel with the job they're hired to do. Some people are just naturally lazy. Hire people who want to work, then you will have less people asking for extra time off, and more work done. When this happens, combined with a great working environment, people will feel happy to come to work and managers will feel more inclined to let people off early.
