Just a heads up, Oslo is not Norway. Well, it's the capital of Norway, of course, but it doesn't really represent what you'd expect from Norway which is high cliffs, wild nature and crazy weather. If you want to experience that, you'll get a small taste in Bergen (probably the easiest trip), but I'd advice you to go either to the fjords in the West, Ålesund perhaps, or to Lofoten in the North. Go North in January or February to catch the magical Aurora, or go to the fjords and mountains in the summer.

There are like two different airports marketed as being in Oslo, previosly there were three. None of them are actually _in_ Oslo, but Gardermoen is the closest of the two active. Of course, Wizz has very few connections to Gardermoen though so.. There's that.
@@JohnnyFD To be fair, the airport itself markets itself as Sandefjord, which is absolutely correct. It is the airlines who fly there that use the shady marketing techniques as they don't want to pay the premium to fly to Gardermoen, and they know fewer people will fly with them if they say it's two hours away from Oslo. Most airports in Norway (and all international airports) are owned and operated by the government, so they don't really care much about the market forces. Thus, you see in big letters outside the airport it says "Sandefjord Torp." Yes, it is a shady tactic by the airlines, but I mean, what can you do - besides researching a bit more before you travel? Norway is getting diverse too. 👍👍👍👍
What is up with being obsessed about diversity? Oslo is indeed diverse, but stabbing has skyrocketed. In schools they talk about removing the word Christmas, traditions are dying. Sweden however is an example of what Norway might become like, gang violence and r*pe victims.

To be fair, even Gardermoen isn't in Oslo, it's just closer than Torp. The last time Oslo had an airport in town was in the mid 90s, when Fornebu was still in operation.
Hi amigo, you have to fly to Gardermoen, Next time. Welcome to Norway.
