3 TSP CINNAMON

5 CUPS OF BROWN SUGAR
2 AND 1/2 BLOCKS OF BLUE BAND BUTTER OR
[2 1/2 CUPS BUTTER]
OR 5 STICKS OF SWEET UNSALTED BUTTER AT ROOM TEMPERATURE
