Khoya ko mava bolte hen or Jalebi jalebi hi hoti or kuch nahi.
Mawa is khoya in Punjabi. Mawa jalebi is generally dark brown and maida jalebi is yellowish.

Proud to be lucknowites. Ye saari jagah dekhi Hui hai. But alas saari ki saari old lucknow mein hai. Hamari side yani transgomti is bit more westernised where burger and pizzas are more prevalent.
