You should get a Qiyi Thunderclap, it's only 8 dollars and is an awesome cube! Also get some Lubicle Silk and DNM 37 to lube it with. (Get it at thecubicle.us)
I agree with everyone else. Get a thunderclap v1. It was my first speedcube and it's amazing.

JH Piano Tensioning is to make the cube:
-no more popping issues (although none of today's speedcubes ever pop)
-improve stability
-improve overall turning
*adjust it for your turning style
*you can't do it on a Rubik's brand
For most 3x3s, it is easy to tension. Take the center cap off (take it by sticking your thumb next to the center piece until you feel a little dip and apply pressure), then, you will see a screw, use the screwdriver to tension it by loosening or tightening the screw.
It is a bit harder to do on the Thunderclap, you have to take one row out until you can see the whole center stock because the center cap takes up literally the whole center piece

Interestingly I learned the PARITY algorithm and I was executing it fast on my 6x6! It caused the puzzle to pop and took me almost 3 excruciating hours to finally get it back together!
Moral of the story. Don't Learn the Parity Algorithm! 😂

My 4×4×4 popped and I tried to put the pieces back and then all of them popped and I did not how to do it back so a kept them into my wardrobe into a bag (of course I hid it, it was new, my parents would've said that I can't take care of my new stuff). After a few months I had a day only for myself, no other people to disturb me, and that's when I got bored. I took that bad with pieces and put them all on my blacket. All of the pieces were so tiny, I was afraid of losing them. And literally every single piece was out, and on my blanket were those lil pieces and the core. And after 4 hours, I finally had my cube back. Then I scrabled it. And I realised that I don'r know how to solve the parity. I still don't know how to solve it, but I think I should...

The same mystery piece fell off my 4 x 4 cube today while I was solving it, I successfully performed an operation and placed it back. the piece is located in between the center pieces and the edge pieces and it helps prevent the inner mechanism to wobble.
Yes. All even number cubes have this type of piece.

Lol my cyclome boys feitang 4x4 had little pieces like that in the core and after i got it and learned how to solve it, I decided to look at the mechanism. When i took out the edge, a mystery piece popped out. I put the edge back in and turned the cube. It turned fine until it corner cut and totally fell apart. While trying to re assemble it, (it hadn't totally fallen apart, just like halfway.) The line "I THREW AWAY THE MYSTERY PIECE!" Was racing through my mind. It later totally fell apart and took 30 minites to reassemble. I now know the mechanism of the feitang very well.

There is only one parity alg you need to know. The 4x4 OLL parity algorithm/ 7x7 edge parity algorithm.
4x4 OLL parity algorithm: r’ U2 l F2 l’ F2 (r2 U2 r U2 r’ U2) F2 R2 F2.
7x7 edge parity algorithm: RW U2 RW U2 RW’ U2 RW U2 LW’ U2 RW U2 RW’ U2 x’ RW’ U2 RW’ U2 (M’).
r means slice move only, no outer turns used in the slice.
R means only outer turn.
RW means R wide.
x’ means make the top the front.
4x4 OLL parity alg can be used anytime, but 7x7 edge parity alg should only be used when the cube isn’t solved.

the mystery piece also exists on the gan 460 m and the jy mgc 6x6 and you have to look for gaps in the edges to find it reliably
