The little eyebrow lift while showing the profile of the hood had me rolling! Cheers

I really like the added face mask, mitten with exposed thumb for hunting.

I agree, it was a really cool idea and it turned out to be very practical when hunting.

I have this , was thinking of getting the fanatic, is it worth it if I already have the apex ?

What pants did you pair up with the apex hoody? I am torn between either the mountain pant or the apex pant to pair with it.

I bought both but ended up wearing the mountain pants more. The main reason was because it had zippered hand pockets so I didn’t have to worry about anything falling out. The apex pants have some cool features for being more quiet but I just liked the mountain pants a little more.

I have the whitetail collection a lot of. I drew for vermont moose Oct 16-21st. Was looking into this color. Is the jet stream jacket better or the kevin jacket and what pants would you go with? Last season it snowed I looked up. I’m from Louisiana.

I actually haven’t tried the kelvin but I would go with the jetstream and either mountain pants or timberline. Timberline is warmer and has the waterproof butt and knees. If it’s really cold then go timberline, otherwise probably mountain. I love the mountain pants they are my favorite out of ascent, timberline, and apex. Each has their own benefits but mountain always seems to be the pair I wear. Either way I’d pack warm base layers for underneath depending on how cold it is. Hope that helps and good luck moose hunting!

Trying to make sure I get the correct fit. If you don't mind me asking, how tall are you and approximate weight? Thanks in advance.

What is the merino blend on the hoody?

So, I’m looking for a Sitka setup for 40 degrees and up. Would a midweight zip t and the apex work for that it would it be too thin? If so, any suggestions?

What kind of hunting are you doing? Spot and stalk? Treestand? What animals do you hunt?

@@huntpeak361 fall Turkey currently. I mostly stay stagnant but do a bit of spot and stalk as the morning goes on.

I think the Apex Hoody might be a little light. I think the Fanatic Hoody would be better but you might want a warmer jacket that breaks the wind like the Jetstream. If it’s not windy and you’re doing a bunch of moving, you’d probably be okay with the fanatic hoody and midweight zip t.

Well done on the review! Thoughts on the everyday gear from Sitka?

I am a huge fan of their everyday gear and wear it a lot. Some of my favorites are the Jetstream Vest and the Camp Hoody
