    Please note, if you are considering drinking egg whites make sure you take the supplement “Biotin”. Raw egg whites contain the protein avidin, which can bind to biotin and stop its absorption. This can lead too:

    Thinning hair, often with loss of hair color

    Skin rash described as seborrheic and eczematous

    Depression, lethargy, hallucination, and paresthesias of extremities
    So if you wanna drink this stuff without those side effects, make sure you are taking the supplement!

    Food for thought with RAW EGGS:
    Avidin is the biotin-binding protein found in raw eggs. It acts as the "Antibiotic" for amphibians, reptiles & chickens. That's a lot of uncooked eggs consumed in one day! You could (strong emphasis on could, the research isn't clear) be at risk for biotin deficiency resulting in poor absorption of other vital vitamins. Supplementing biotin alone or dropping off the raw egg entirely might be a good idea. Cooking raw eggs breaks down the avidin & Raw eggs are less bioavailable than cooked!
    Also, super dope vid! I love the cinematics & edits. A real inspiration!

    Problem is that egg whites without the yolks lack an essential part of the egg's aminogram which in turn makes 2/3 of the protein unusable unless you mix it with aminoacids such as methionine, tryptophan or cysteine. It is therefore a waste of money and you'd be better off getting two scoops of whey protein instead.

    The problem with raw egg whites, even after they're pastuerized is that some of the proteins or one of the substances in the egg whites aren't well digested by our bodies and can cause diarrhea in some people, the substances don't do that with cooked as the proteins are processed under heat.

  • @marius3717
    @marius3717 2 месяца назад +2

    i would not recommend this diet since egg whites contain enough avidin to cause healtth issues. avidin is a protein that helps the body use biotin. Biotin is needed for healthy skin, hair, nails, and other parts of the body. But if you eat too much avidin, it can bind to biotin and block its ability to do its job. This can lead to problems like brittle fingernails, dry scalp, and cracked lips. To avoid this problem, just cook your food and dont eat too many eggs.
