I used to struggle with perfectionism when I was much younger e.g I always wanted my room to be always perfect that I would rather lay on a tiny space on the floor than sleep on my perfectly made bed, but I came to realise how limitung perfectionism made me, and I'm glad to say I'm in a much better place now. Thanks for sharing Marie.

Some mistakes imperfections are beneficial and may give you new insight on why it was a mistake or new perspective. Theres pots that break.. I think in japan
.. they reseal the pots with gold, and it looks so much more unique than before. Also we are human not robots making Mistakes is just stepping stones to learning many things like we fell when first were learning to walk...we stumbled across words when learning to read, but we kept at it and that's when we see the reward grow and gain skills

I go back and forth between perfectionist tendencies to saying f it I don’t care about anything anymore. I wish I could find that middle ground. I’ve never felt like I was doing enough. I find it easy to critique what I’m doing, but don’t celebrate my wins nearly enough.
Reward yourself for the journey...the effort. Establish a Growth Mindset and drive forward every day :-)
