Hey guys I’d like to hear what y’all do in different weather situations (rainy/sunny/cloudy/etc) and how that plays into how your gonna hunt them. Thank you
Rainy we’re going to open water or a field with a giant spread Sunny day going to the woods with a pretty good spread. Depends on how big the hole is. Lots of movement also. Jerk cords, butts and Mojo’s. Cloudy, see rainy day
Can you make a video specifying how to mix decoys? I hunt lakes mainly and I use half a dozen canada floaters, dozen mallards, half dozen pintails, 1.5 dozen green wings, half dozen woodys, and a half dozen gadwall. I have been putting them in "clicks" with the geese more stand off and a few sleepers on the bank and I connect the "clicks" with my greening I've been doing good but could always do better 2022 season will be my 3rd yr hunting waterfowl, I live in oklahoma and don't have anyone but RUclips for advice thank you guys for all the helpful videos
I live about 30 minutes west of yall and mostly shoot woodies, I run about half a dozen decoys in small creeks on most of my hunts how would you set them up.
I’m gonna take a whack at duck hunting. I’ll most likely be by myself. It’s gonna be a lot of work, but any helpful tips or advice for a solo hunt would be cool. Thanks.
My best hunts have been solo brother! Do your scouting, be where the birds want to be. That will make it easy for you because you may not need a lot of decoys. I’ve had great hunts just carrying in 6 decoys and a small layout blind over a pond.
Most divers all sound the same. They make a purring sound. I've always taken a mallard call and purred. I've also called in divers by just blowing a standard 3-5 note comeback call. I hunt Southwest Louisiana maybe someone from the Great lakes where the hunt divers alot does it differently. In my opinion they are not very bright and will come to any quack lol
* Preferable, with both eyes open, but you have to know which eye is your dominant eye. If you mount your gun on your right side, you had better be right eyed dominant. Same applies if your left eye dominant. The exception is if your dominant eye can't, for whatever reason, match up with the shoulder where your gun is mounted. Then you need to either close your dominant eye when you take your shot, or block the vision of your dominant eye. This is usually done by placing some tape on your shooting glasses. I hope this will help you to know what has to be done in order be able to shoot consistently.
Some of the best advice I’ve heard been hunting them long time always learning

Café Bustelo... best coffee ever😄
Tip #1: Put them on the roof of the warehouse and make Korie and Jessica get them down 😃
How do you set them up if there's no wind? Seems like they are real skittish even if we add a lot of movement in our spread
