Would you make these for yourself, for gifts or as something to sew and sell?

Easy peasy. And what a great way to use up scraps - I donated to my pet rescue. Thanks bunch

I would make them for my apartment complex to give to residents with dogs to encourage them to clean up after their dogs.

Great idea but that also sounds like the residents aren't the best about clean up - sorry to hear that! 😝

You’re very sweet but only good pet owners pickup after their dogs. Do you know how many times I’ve been given dirty looks picking up poop? It’s like they blame me for the massive dumps I see all over our neighborhood. There are several Great Danes here. I have a mini schnauzer! These people must not have dogs. 😂

This is the quickest, and easiest way I've seen to make doggie bags, although I would use a snap, instead of velcro, I really don't like sewing velcro. I'm wondering, if you were making these to sell, what would you sell them for?
Thank You for sharing your time, and your talent with all of us.
    I have 4 irons.

Snaps would work just as well and be a quicker finish, especially if you are going to sell them. As for price - I’m not sure. Maybe search Etsy and see what others sell them for? Happy sewing and good luck!

Thank you so much. I was making some bandanas for my dog and had some extra fabric left and just needed a simple thing to make with it.

A smaller iron is a must. I’ve steam burned my fingers trying to iron smaller pieces.

The dimensions seem large for thesmallbags we have. What are the final dimensions please?

after it's sewn together and you add the velcro the bag is 2½" x 3½"

Do you wash your fabric first?

If I’m starting from bigger pieces then yes but I don’t usually pre-wash pre cut fabrics
