@@TiwariTunes I’m good with money. I don’t need to sell music to live. The fact is… to make a living off of music is very difficult… always have a plan B and C.
I feel exactly what your saying, I haven't done much in the form of selling beats on Beatstars because I can't make what most rappers want, which is the stereotype Trap beats. I hate type beats, they all sound the same. As for distortion I don't see the point with Spotify, because it's the exact same as Beatstars, only music that sounds like everything else gets into playlists, Unique music is not wanted. RUclips also can be similar, how many "How to make Trap" videos are there on here? Thousands. I'm 39 got all this music I have made all different with nowhere for it to go.
Thanks for watching!! As for Spotify I was saying it could be easier to grow a dedicated fan base on RUclips. Then your fans will be more likely to listen to that music on Spotify!! But yea I get what you’re saying about playlists!!
@BlackBeltTitus I kinda dissogree that its easier to grow on RUclipsr then Spotify or any other platform it's all the same in My eyes, what gets followers is branding, looking the part and money first before music quality that comes second. If you can make good music and good videos well that's a double target vs just releasing music on streaming.
This is a super dope perspective of the beat making youtube world. I am just now embarking on the Journey myself. Let's Go! Man I've been so mad when I sold my MK3, and now Im saving to get me another one before any other Midi.
Great video! Your perspective of Maschine is inspiring and keeps me motivated to use my MK3 lol Videos like these come at the right time and make me wanna go back to making music just for me
sounds like you’re too attached to your beats, slows you down… make 100 beats choose the top 20 polish n make them better, send the 20 best to artists, upload the other 80 on youtube n repeat
@@BlackBeltTitus Also love that you are a Maschine user so I don’t have to figure out how to apply the tutorials to Maschine software. Just wish we had a velocity alternator, and a strum function, as well as the ghost notes of a key to click in patterns like FL…
i thought it was common knowledge beats palced with artist usually dont come out until the artist wants to put it out. example Timberland made Pony 9 years before it came out

I definitely make a lot of beats. More so it’s the lack of control that I feel sending them out! Not a fan of waiting around tbh!
