How to: Convert kitchen top water filter to under sink

Sharing with you guys how I converted my old top sink water filter into under sink. Using my #DIY power (charots) naging successful naman sya. This only cost me around 600 pesos on materials i bought online.
materials:
1. Faucet = 294.51
2. hose & connectors = 300
3. Teflon = 15
If you purchase undersink h20 filter ready would cost you 2k to 2500. Mga pinaka cheaper na yan for the 3 stage filtration available online sucg as FB. Plus may other cost pa yan like the installation.
