What would be the best layout for a fence? Love this plan but have dogs.
How large is the floor plan over the garage? Can the dormer over the garage accessed by the interior stairs be used as an office?

The builder should be able to provide a cost breakdown to build without PDF
For some reason I don’t like the brick walls. I’d have to replace them
For Property Tax purposes, would need to reduce to < 2000 sf..
