I never knew Neil Buchanan did any shows that wasn't a CITV one, thanks for sharing!

Gotta give Thames respect and other regions as they cared for viewers and time of year as it was nearing to school holidays and This Morning and The Time The Place were on a hiatus. Only difference is that Summer Mornings of 1992 didn't have a CITV host but that didn't matter at least was better than some the rubbish nowadays

Better than today's effort to be honest because This Morning & Loose Women are on all-year except for Christmas plus whilst new episodes of Jeremy Kyle are on hiatus they show repeats.

@@CameronInglis1999 they badly need to be on break. Instead keep This Morning running whilst Holly and Phil are on break with other presenters.

I am certain that I have never seen Your Number Please as it was on when I went to school. Was this Neil Buchanan's only programme that wasn't a Children's ITV one? 0:54 That opening entrance reminds me of Ted Rogers on 3-2-1 some ten years before.

In Scotland, where the schools break up for the summer holidays earlier, I remember watching it in 1992. I believe it only ran for one series (possibly cancelled midway). It was based on telephone numbers or the audience voting on keypads or something.

I wasn’t born yet but apparently the premise was that 15 questions were asked and the audience would answer them on their keypads. From there, only 10 were used and 5 went towards a competition for viewers. The audience member who got the most questions right would win £250 and the viewers had 3 hours to phone in to have a chance of also winning £250.
I can see why this didn’t catch on...
Oh and there was also a score board which showed off the winning audience members and mocked the losers...

I wonder if Your Number Please, was recorded in Maidstone? Because that's where most of Neil Buchanan's, shows he presented or created always came from.

It was produced by Atticus Television for Thames Television, so would of more likely filmed at the Teddington studios.

That would be a first for Neil presenting a show that was not made at the same studios as Art Attack.

OK, First of All, Who let Neil Buchanan out of the "Art Attack" studio? What's he doing hosting a show made by Thames TV and not TVS?!?! get him back on the "Finders Keepers" set if he wants to host a game show!
