I have Adobe XD paid version with ADOBE full suite...like photoshop, illustrator ,AE etc... should i still go for figma free version? Because my company doesn't have figma paid

Yes you can go with figma. There are lot of opportunities available in figma and can do lot of jobs using figma.

No Robinson we can only create max 3 files in free version.
But you can make unlimited artboards in single file.

Sketch is also a good application but adobe xd is too good. You can use sketch for your designs if you are comfortable with it or on your client demand but in my opinion adobe xd is awesome. Thanks for comment.
