Is it ok to replace the clean with jump squats and the trapbar deadlift with rdls?

Have i been doing it wrong?weighted exercises first before the plyos, normally i leave the jumping at the end of the session
Yea, you cannot leave plyometrics at the end. Do it right after your dynamic warmup and make sure to not do them right after a intense weightlifting session, wait about 30 minutes. ✝️

@@Anon26335 train with a push-pull training plan, so even the legs are push pull. All Plyometric exercises fall under the category “push” I can’t do these exercises before my workout cause afterwards I’ll be squatting and have no power left.
Since I train push/pull I train my legs almost everyday.
What you recommend? Should I do plyometric on my pull day?
