Always Bro, the melody part of the beats takes long to find for me also, but once that’s done I’m on it with the drum patterns, if your camera didn’t go out I sure some kicks would have made it. This is a great exercise to enhance your beat making skills

Yo Bolo, would it be possible for you to show the shortcomings of the MPC X compared to the Ipad with BM3 ?
Loads of people are using their Ipad for making basic boombap beats and like myself they are thinking about upgrading to genuine dedicated hardware.
I have been a NI Maschine user myself and also enjoy the Ipad with BM3 but i am not sure wether the X is an upgrade because some people are repeating that they are missing certain stuff.
Majority of videos i find on YT about the X are kinda dated and software updates have been pushed in the past year.
Would love to hear/see your opinion on this ... Thanks Man.

Is there certain settings on the iPad so beat maker 3 functions best, improving the stability? I have an iPad Pro 64g with 50gs still available. Beat maker lags sometimes then I have to restart the iPad. I thought it was pure synth’s extra library that we’re taking too much space, so I deleted but I still have the same issue. Been looking for a solution for a while but have not found any info. You look like you have a very stable experience. Thanks it advance, and keep making that 🔥🤙🏽
Sometimes it’s the auv3. Also check your sample rate. Pure synth trips on me sometimes and d1. Def check your sample rate. It maybe at 256. Crank it up. Close all other programs as well Hope it helps b

You have to show me exactly what your doing because on BM3 when you import drums to pad they automatically cut off

I’m trying to create a track with a sample from a TV show(audio) & also a sample from a song. However of course the sample from the TV show doesn’t have a BPM because it’s a conversation.
Is there any way I can create this track without the Audio from TV showing matching the BPM on the sample? OR if you have any tutorials based on such I’ll be glad to watch and learn myself

You can definitely do it in just about every program. FL Logic BM3 etc. I haven’t make a video explaining how to do it but I will soon

My 10 min beats usually get all Melodies and drums usually need an hour to complete the beat start to finish if I’m timing myself
