This video is part of my transition update series and it marks 11 months on hormone replacement therapy (testosterone).
This video starts with physical changes, followed by mental changes, and life updates. The video ends with some photo comparisons.
I talk about physical changes including facial hair, body hair, hairline, jawline, adam's apple, voice changes, acne, energy levels, and feeling balanced out hormonally.
The mental updates that I discuss are mostly about being mentally even at this point on T. I have been feeling very steady and balanced. I also discuss being back in the gym after top surgery and having fitness back in my daily life.
My life updates have to do with being back to weight lifting, phasing out my apparel designs that available for purchase, and a new creative venture that is on the horizon.

Thanks Frank! That is so true... change is constant. I've learned to accept that and grown from that acceptance. All the best to you :)

Looking good, buddy! Jelly of those eyebrows! ;) Glad things are more balanced. That's a good feeling. I've been having a hard time getting back to weight training but have just started to again. I have a hump to get over before I feel like it's routine. I've gained 30 lbs in the 2 years on T. It IS hard after a break to get back into training. I've just been screwing around and push through this period. Thanks for the motivation and update!

Thanks Earl! That first 2-3 weeks lifting is always the hardest... then, the muscles adjust and you get less sore. Best of luck finding a routine that you stick to :)

Happy 11 month! :) My 1 year is next week....and it's so freaking weird. You're right when you were talking about setting long-term goals and then BAM--the clock winds down and that moment is here. You're looking great, sounding great, and I'm looking forward to what your next project is! I'm so anxious to get back into the gym again, like for reals. I'm 2 1/2 weeks post op, so I still have a little bit yet. Take care, my brother!

Hey Ajay! It's so so weird to be approaching that big one year mark... but damn - incredibly grateful for it all! Congrats on your anniversary date. Much love to you. You'll be back in the gym before you know it, don't work too much about losing strength. I'm about one week into weightlifting again and I don't feel like I lost too much strength, just working to modify my movements because I still don't want my arms up too high above my head. Best of luck to you!
