helpful and informative video. I think I might have some I found some dots on my plant. gonna use what you recommended and Bonide since I live in the US
Thanks for the video! Oh man thrips, and scale are the worst. Mealy bugs and spider mites aren’t too bad, but fungus gnats are something I always get :T. Super annoying, but luckily they don’t harm the plants. Yup, I would just toss a plant if it has scale/thrips, yucky!
I just found your channel today and I live in Canada. Your video is very informative. I have lots of plants and I recently moved and I lost many of them because of it. Winter in Canada ! I just found out I got mealy bug problem and trips. I don't know if I can keep my plant hobby for much longer. I work a lot so not enough time to fight with those bugs😥
I bought a little microscope that you can hook up to your phone or computer that goes from 40x to 1000x. It makes it so much easier to find them or other pests! I have been dealing with an outbreak this summer..and it has helped having the scope. If your in america..I have been using spinosad for 2 tmts, then neem for 2 trmts and I put systemics in the soil too. It has been working great so far with no damage. I have also been using diatomaceous earth on top soil and dusting leaves occasionally (mix with water and spray when it drys it will kill). Its a lot of work though!
Thank you for sharing the valuable information to any plant parent, specially the new ones like myself 👍

Oh no! I definitely get how overwhelming it can be 😔 Just do what you can and focus on the plants you love the most!

A magnifying lens or microscope is definitely a great idea! Agreed, definitely a lot of work no matter what you're using 😑

Clove oil is a good organic insect killer, can get at health food stores. Got this information from an olive orchid.
Thank you so much!!!!
I made the mistake of trusting they were gone! Back to water it goes!😭
Your audio was too low
I just wipe all my plants every week with water and neem oil. That's 5 hours of my life every week! That's why i say enough plants!
Just one more..
