Ideally when water Jetting I try to run the hose UPSTREAM as this helps flush away the debris .. I also like to use my Speed rooter 3/4" cable on 4" and above lines to establish flow before using the jetter . I have found that jetting is also great as a finishing tool after snaking as it resores full flow that a cable just cannot accomplish unless your flushing the line and using chain knockers also by General
