One more comment: Amen to JiJi's on all ships! That is seriously some of the very best food I've had on a cruise ship ever. The Kung Pao at Jiji's is one of those meals that haunts you ;)
It was so great to experience Emerils cooking class with you guys. So we are the guys from Austin that loves Disney that was mentioned in the video. Oh dear. I did not do well at Carnival Kitchen lol My sister's FB post (with a picture of me looking irritated): On tonight's episode of Hell's Kitchen, we learn that Deana doesn't like to be told how to cook. It really was pretty comical, as I am an avid and adventurous home cook and when I got told not to add some salt, I think my head did a full on Shaniqua "Oh no you didn't!" and I looked right at him and added the salt lol I'm the person that brings home new food to master from every trip I take and this mostly just annoyed the hell out of me. But, that said, I am a giant PITA for something like this, so your mileage definitely varies here!
@@RandomRecess Mostly, my sister will laugh about this for years lol Just an example: Today I made chicken enchiladas. I made my own tortillas and smoked a whole chicken on my pellet grill. I am unashamedly way too extra. And he's gonna tell me "NO NO NO don't add salt!" (but really, they do know what they're doing and I'm just kind of a jerk about it lol)
