Man seriously Scrappy Larry is a legend. You just know he's seen it all and done it all and stayed positive throughout all of it. Incredible guy. I'd love to hear some of his stories. Watching this reminds me of some of my own nightmare driving experiences that I've had on dirt roads, trails and fire tracks out in the country side. Still, as agonising as they were at the time I remember them almost fondly now. Funny how that works huh? My worst experience was when I was in the countryside in a little town of 40,000 people for a friend's wedding. The night of the wedding me and some friends were bored and there's nothing to do in the countryside and I don't drink so we decided to go up the local mountain to admire the incredible view and the night sky which, for me being a city kid, was mind blowing. With the naked eye you could see satellites moving across the sky atop that mountain. I was driving an early 90's Saab 9000, an incredibly comfortable car that is famous for it's electrical problems... The only way up the mountain was through a fire trail which once you got on you couldn't turn around on so you just had to keep going up. Whilst on the way up the hill I damaged the car's electrics from all the bumps to the point where going over a medium bump would turn my headlights off, and the only way to get them to turn back on was to go over ANOTHER medium sized bump... As if that wasn't bad enough the Cruise Control started turning itself on and off whenever I'd go over a BIG bump. We eventually reached the top of the mountain after maybe an hour of SCARY driving. In the daylight it'd take you 10-15 mins at most. We stayed up there admiring the view and the sky for about an hour, basically until I mentally recovered from the trauma of getting UP the mountain and had the courage to then attempt going DOWN the moutnain. It was about 2am when we began the descent. It took us an hour and a half to get down, and again, normally it'd take you 10-15mins at most in daylight. Over half of the descent was spent with the headlights out, and since it was a moonless night all anyone could see was the pitch black darkness. Just as I'd never seen such a beautiful starry sky having grown up in a major city, nor had I ever seen true pitch black darkness before. It left a strong impression. You are helpless in that situation. And then about 1/3 of the descent was spent with the GOD DAMN Cruise Control LOUDLY REVVING THE ENGINE up to like 4000-4,500 RPM trying to drive us off the edge of the narrow fire trail into the black abyss... And to our deaths. It genuinely felt like the car was doing all it could to kill us that night. I can't even begin to explain to you the relief all 5 of us in that car felt when we finally reached the bottom and go back on tarmac roads. We were all grateful when we got back to the hotel so we could sleep. The next morning I was informed by the groom's family who live there that there are 2 ways up the mountain, one is the fire trail we took, which NOBODY uses. And the other, is a perfectly smooth 2 way tarmac road... ... ... I took my car to the local mechanics and when I got it back the next day we decided to drive up the mountain in daylight on the tarmac road. It genuinely took less than 5 minutes...
You honestly NEVER split up on a difficult move like that. Especially when you loose radio contact. Say all you want about josh and his "whining" but there's some things that you just don't do and to keep going forward without backtracking with the quad at the very least, to make sure that everything is ok... wow just wow.
Now that these videos are Forever on the internet, Josh can look back and see what a spoiled little he's always been. He is a great example of what a man is NOT supposed to be.
Honestly I agree with Josh. Better planning would have allowed him to not be left behind. Their communication system barely works, their equipment is poorly maintained and breaks so easily. Josh has fixed so many issues that weren’t his fault throughout the seasons. He complains a lot but I find a lot of them pretty legitimate complaints.
Sad how they know it needs light's but can't buy a light bar to hook up! Need chains but refuse to get any ! Work on the cheep and get cheep returns....
Scrappys the man he's making that truck do it or die trying Josh.......well ..........meeeeoooow can y'all find him a job on a couch playing "Jade fever" GTA#5 finding mommy
I have ZERO respect for Claudia. She does nothing expect laugh and boss the men around. Further more it was crap that Robin was left alone on the trail.
Once again, Josh out here screaming like a petulant child acting like nobody else had to drive that road. And what good would somebody have been coming back by Quad? It would change NOTHING about his progress. He's always complaining about how he WANTS to be put in charge of things and not have everybody giving him direction and instructions but as soon as he actually is put in charge and left alone to do a job he IMMEDIATELY starts whining about how nobody is there to support him. Basically he wants everybody to 100% trust him, and stand around admiring and complimenting him for everything he does. It's not just hypocritical it's flat out delusional. He talks about how hard it is working for his parents but that whiney, lunatic short-fuse personality of his would get him fired within 6 months at literally ANY job where the bosses weren't family and loved him unconditionally.
I dont know how much of this show is editing but Josh is a spoiled little brat and Mum & Dad need to cut the apron strings and let him go find a real job to see what life is really like .His mum and dad are doing him no favors in life wrapping him in cotton wool.
Scrappy has 10 flat tire, no air for the load, and is not complaining.

Scrappy has more brains then the lot of them put together.
Josh needs to suck it up and not be so spoiled.😊
absolutely, he is spoiled, he is a good worker but cannot handle issues.
He's lucky he works with family because that petulance would get him fired literally EVERYWHERE else.
