  • Incoming Natural Disasters - Will You Get Through The Next One?
    What we have seen in Texas over this past week clearly shows us that Nature can take a turn for the worse very quickly, even in places where it's not expected.
    And with millions of Texans without power, and the threat of the Power Grid collapsing for months on end, this unprecedented snow was a big wake-up call to a lot of people.
    But how will we change our habits so that we are ready for whatever may come next? I'm not a doom and gloom kind of guy, but what we have seen this past week clearly shows that a lot of people are not prepared for a crisis, which can have deadly consequences.
    In this video, I will cover how you can go about preparing yourself and your loved ones for whatever emergency situation may come your way.

    Good idea to get a rubber drain cover thingy for your bathtub so if you need to store water there, it won't slowly empty itself over the course of a couple of days. Many drains aren't truly water-tight and the water will drop. Or better yet, get one of the bath-shaped water bags that allows you to fill it up in the tub. it keeps the water clean, sealed, and no slow leaking down the drain (or in the overflow drain).

    Thought of “battle ready” as soon as I heard what was happening in Texas. They needed your course! No water, no food, no heat... it was beyond dangerous to so many.

    Doug read prophesy of Teresa Neumann about America

    • @fiat3879
      @fiat3879 3 года назад +1

      FYI, according to an interview w/Therese Neumann, printed in the Catholic Northwest Progress Newspaper, Vol. 54, No. 10, by Max Jordan, a European Reporter with N.C.W.C. News Service, on March 9, 1951, Max Jordan interviewed Therese Neumann, personally & she is quoted as stating, “The alleged prophecy”, says Therese’s statement, “is an outright falsehood, I never said anything of the sort. The report is tangibly untrue. The devil always has means to do us harm.”
      Her Spiritual Director, Josef Naber, said, “Never, has Therese Neumann made any prophecies...” (see article above for full quote online)
      I am not aware of the Church’s position on Therese Neumann.✝️

    My biggest worry is heat. I can't afford a generator, don't have a fireplace and I live in Canada! Still can't figure out what to do. You need to take your emergency preparedness on the road. This just may be a wake-up call for those not prepared.

      look into tea candles and terra cotta pots, easy to keep in a closet when not needed.

      @@bobdee3471 Thanks Bob, that is always a good idea. My concern is the water lines, even though I know to keep the water dripping, plus I've had shut off valves installed to restrict laundry room + such areas. Thanks again for the idea.

      I have kerosene heater. Can run for hours. Just need to make sure you ventilate. I lost power a couple time in the winter. Used that and was fine. No issue with pipes but I have a small house. Put a pot of snow on top to melt and use for the toilet (I have a well and septic). Also warmed water that way to get washed since I couldn't shower.

      @@marlothomas2963 Thanks Marlo, this sound like a very effective solution. I'll look into this. I found one that construction crews use when they are on sites. Looks good. Thanks again.
