I would like to introduce you to Yakgwa muffins that are easy to make.
The Yakgwa muffins are made small enough to fit in one bite.

▶Ingredients
★Mold size Ø 40 X h 40 mm★
100g Unsalted butter
100g Eggs
90g Sugar
10g Honey
140g Cake flour
40g Almond powder
40g Milk
4g Cinnamon powder
4g Baking powder
2g Vanilla extract
1g Salt
100g Cream cheese
50g Mascarpone cheese
45g Condensed milk
17 Yakgwa
*I used commercially available mini size yakgwa.
▶How to make
1. Add room temperature eggs, honey, sugar, and salt and mix well.
2. Add melted butter and mix thoroughly.
3. Add all types of powder and mix until no raw powder is visible.
4. Add milk and mix lightly.
5. Bake in a preheated oven at 170℃ (338℉) for about 15 minutes.
6. Mix the cream cheese, mascarpone cheese, and condensed milk well.
7. Put the cream from 6 and yakgwa on top of the muffin.
