The Clifton Suspension Bridge is located in Bristol City in the United Kingdom. It is a historical and magnificent bridge that displays great engineering works.
The bridge was designed by a 24 years old engineer, Isambard Kingdom Brunel, and the purpose was to confess the two communities living across the river Avon. The bridge took 33 years to be completed and opened for use in December 1964.
After completion, Engineer Brunel described the bridge as 'my first child, my darling'. The suspension bridge height above the water level is 75 m, and its length is 414 m.
