I woke up to Folgers with sweet creamer. For breakfast I had left over pizza, a bagel with what I can only assume is grape jelly and a slim Jim.
For lunch I had a double bacon cheeseburger, fries and a coke. For second lunch I had some birthday cake someone left in the break room.
There wasn't much in the fridge besides beer and a jar of pickles so I made myself call an order for Chinese takeout. I had General Tsaos chicken, noodles and topped it off with a fortune cookie that recommended I re-evaluate how I view the world by being one with my inner tiger.
I figured I did pretty well throughout the day so I broke my fast, after getting up in the middle of the night. Unfortunately, all I had was a jar of pickles but I think they are keto, so I am good.

Hey Autumn! I think you're a very pretty girl - so sweet of you to give your good advice to others who watch RUclips. The only thing that I think would be helpful is perhaps to eat just a little bit more? I just worry for you if you ever have a health crisis or something like a car accident that you have very little in the way of reserves to survive such an event. You never think it's ever going to happen to you, until one day, it does. I've been down that road. I wish you much luck with your channel, and keep the good ideas coming!

Noticed she only ate one “heavy” meal and that was dinner. 2 Eggs 🥚 is only 120 calories and the other part on her wrap is about 150 calories for a total of about 370 calories. Her caffeine will cut her appetite for 8 hours. Yep, that’s working for me as well and I’m just walking. No heavy exercise. She mentioned the sea salt but didn’t explain why. It’s supposed to help you not get as thirsty and dehydrated as regular salt. Her protein keeps her full longer. Ensure 30 grams of fiber for an adult.

Not much food for a grown woman. And her skin looks terrible. Lots of fine lines, wrinkles, age spots etc. Maybe she's older than I think but still. And this food is all KETO. Keto is such a tough and unnatural diet to try and follow.

I agree that Keto long term might not work health wise for every one but I must say for those of us with diabetes or some level of insulin resistance, doing 'clean' Keto is the best way to go. That is what helped me. Now, once you are clear of diabetes perhaps you can incorporate some complex carbs back in strict moderation...just my experience. Perhaps a mix of paleo/'clean' Keto is best 🤔🤷

Idk why everybody is so pressed 😅 this day of eating looks great especially if it works for her. She looks very healthy and obviously what she is doing is working.
I see people concerned about little calories but when you are fasting and relying on fat as your fuel you don’t need to eat as much as people who are running off of carbs. When fat is your fuel it is way more sustained throughout the day and takes away cravings. We as humans weren’t made to be snacking all day and eating every so many hours.

I don’t normally do this but please get yourself a registered dietician to develop a diet plan with you and do not take advice from someone who advertises themselves as a “nutritionist” on social media. In the United States, you don’t need to have any amount of education to call yourself a nutritionist (it’s different in other countries). Registered Dieticians usually have masters degrees or higher related to this field and have to pass a several hour long exam to be acknowledged by the state as a qualified practitioner. Your health, especially at 77, should be important to you and you should not be looking for tips from random people on the internet.

How do people not get sick of drinking so much liquids ?! My stomach can only hold so much. Also, fasting is just a fancy term for starving yourself. Eat for fuel and go workout people. And indulge in treats sometimes. I’ve done the liquid and the fasting stuff I don’t even have energy to get off my couch. Not worth it.
