EA needs to patch this wildcat bs and broken tackles are definitely in college football but not to this extent. And pursuit angles are trash and defense overall is trash in this game. I’m glad to have a CFB video game again, but this is sad.
@@brettseaberg5033the wildcat can be shutdown if they just use it over and over but the spin is busted. If we complaining about stuff getting changed they need to get rid of the double pass cheese.
The more important question about this crazy style of play is why didn’t the wear and tear effect the rb? Seems like he would have been dead tired and/or injured by halftime. We maybe not injured since he was barely hit lol. But definitely gassed after running it 30 times
I find it so easy to stop it all you do is going into 3-3-5 tite and go second formation and you just take your high safety that guards the post guard move all the way outside then short the cap with your user stops it all the time just played a person using wildcat they stop using it after they saw me only allow two to 10 yards at max and he threw a pick on the post route then stop using it
Yoooo civil seriously read this you stop it by going prevent defense man 3 deep spread your outside corner so far out he can’t be blocked the slot corner spread him where the outside corner would be spread outside linebacker outside the edge a little bit and run down on snap with the safety and it’s should give u a better Chance of stopping it. Imagine if goal line fb dive got 8yds a pop every single time. How fun would it be to run 1 formation and maybe 2 plays the entire game? I’m all for having a bread and butter play that’s your go to. But this is crazy. The defensive AI should be smart enough to learn what the offense is doing when it comes to Tom foolery like this and be able to adjust and stop it themselves. It’s one thing to be out manned, out powered or out coached, but that isn’t this.
The 335 stack The play is strong safety hot Blitz three The setup is this easy: Pinch your linebackers, which walks them down Spy the middle linebacker so he plays head up and doesn't overpursue the direct snap Use the safety The cool thing about this setup: The safety on the right is going to Blitz from depth, which brings him in and sets a hard Edge This funnels everything back to the inside If you wait until the motion guy hits the tackle and start running straight down, you'll be able to run in and make this tackle also look for guys with secure tackler hope this helps god bless
In your coaching adjustments set the pitch to conservative so your players will make the qb run and always user the cut back. Rpos and options kill me too

you have to run a cover 3 drop and slide toward the run slant same way blitz LBs and shoot the gap with middle safety time it and run straight down.
