Y'all do wonderful work I left a comment for y'all take care
Hey Sam what is the name of the mask your wearing? I have had the worst time trying to get a mask that my husband can wear. They all are too small 😕
Why not replace ALL the grey polybutylene pipe throughout the house. polybutylene is a disaster waiting to happen!
6:00 Now that's using your head!!
@Off The Hook with Nia It's an RZ M2 Mask, XL size. Here's a link to it from Amazon. I use it all the time for woodworking and it is very comfortable. It also has replaceable filters inside and fully washable. amzn.to/3cOgqrV
Poor man's plum bob. Like my pappy always said "It's only crazy if it don't work".
Angela, wear that color pink, it makes you look amazing!!!
Loved the fiddle country music you chose when building the pipe work.
I think one of the best things about your videos is the little faces you both make. Thanks guys
How to make sewer line work fun...add bluegrass! Loved it. Great video!
love the bluegrass music.
OMGosh Angela & Sam! Going under your home and your son too! AMAZING Dad & Son working together so awesome! You guys work so hard but it helps to be young and able. I truely enjoy watching your videos!
Yay, Let's go. never expected another vid so soon. No complaints here.
Well I just found your channel a couple of days ago and I’ve been watching your videos nonstop not that I’ve been watching them in order but I have been watching them. I am just amazed at the talent that you have Sam you could do anything and your wife is amazing keep up the good work waiting for the renovation of the bathroom
Awesome! Thank you!
Glad you decided to replace that while it's open. While open easier that crawling under the completed house flooring later.
I think Elijah just likes working with dad.
You're so fortunate to know how to fix stuff yourself. I have to pay for everything, and half the time it's not done right.
Your videos are priceless! Love them and the music you choose.
Thank you very much!
Going under the bathroom is not fun but at least you had sitting clearance
just a small tip for the smell.....vicks under the nose works for me
So good to see you teach your children. I wish my parents did.
Job well done Sam & Angela.👏
Pucker factor 12! I was laughing at that one! ❤️❤️❤️
To boldly go where no man has gone before!
SAM AND ANGELA, YOU GUY'S ROCK AND LITLLE ELIJAH HAS BECOME QUIET THE HELPER AND HE ALWAYS PAYS ATTENTION TO EVERYTHING YOU TELL HIM SAM. GREAT JOB AS ALWAYS AND I LOOK FORWARD TO YOUR NEXT VIDEO. GOD BLESS Y'ALL
This video is why I will never get a diy trailer and why a plumber makes a fortune u do really great job and makes the project make sense
Sam and Angela are so easy going!
I love watching you two. Thanks for taking the time to record this bathroom reno for all of your fan “family”.
Our pleasure! Glad to share this not-so-popular renovation project (not being a house flip with huge budget and tons of money like on TV) with everyone to inspire or otherwise entertain! :)
Elijah is really getting a close up hands on education in home repair ! 😮👍✅
LOL at "pucker factor 12" 😂😂😂
Improvisation for the plumb Bob , seen them made from all types of wierd and wonderful concoctions . Gets the job done tho , excellent . Elijah is eager to learn , he will do very well in his future , he has good intuition . Sam get gloves for the handling of the soil pipe to keep out of the cruddy stuff , especially if varmints have been running over the lines , be safe , weils disease is a real nasty thing . Keep up the excellent work and content guys 👍👍👍 .
Angela I would love to hang out with you and glean your wisdom on so many things. Homeschooling, marriage, parenting, entrepreneurship... you are inspiring.
I always make a couple of trips to the hardware store when I do plumbing.
AND end up with a bunch of unused parts to be returned one day (not).
One of those polybutylene connections looked pretty gnarly. I read that the polyb connections are the most likely to fail. We just got most of the pex pipe and connections for our multi stage redo of our polybutylene pipes in our manufactured home. I'm watching your renovations closely to see what I can expect when we get started. You two are not afraid to tackle the tough stuff. Great work, it's worth it!
Thank you for taking us along
I love you guys you make my day when I get to watch you Keep up the great work God bless
Keep including the kids, I love this.
You guys work well together bless you because my husband and I don't.
"pucker factor"...🤣🤣🤣
You guys are doing a great job on that bathroom
Sam, you are one hard working man. Your success with those metal squeeze clamps on pex might happen because you are better at installing them.
I had to pause in the middle... just as you cut out the old poop pipe I got a commercial... for taco bell! I'm dying from ironic laughter!
Bwahahahaha!!!!
Loved the music!
They make push on caps and fittings for the water that are reusable.
Miser Plumbing. Good job!
“Everybody’s having fun fun fun ... so smile once in a while” ... still love Moss and Roy 😁
That’s so awesome you got that!!! I love singing it to get it stuck in Angela head. lol
Great job Sam. I love how your son likes to help out!
The plumbing looks great!
You're putting a lot of love back into your house👍❣️😊
It is so cool that you are replacing everything in your home it will look nice when get done. How is your plants in green house doing?
Love watching all the up grades and redesigning yard and garden,
See you next time!!!😍
Thank yall! I need this content as a fellow poor north carolinian
Great job y’all one giant step for man and woman kind
You two are such a cute couple and your personalities match up so well.
Could you, please, list background song title(s) and source? Thanks.
Sam does an excellent job of explaining all the steps and parts used. 👍😍
Great job! It is going to look so good!!
When you did good old-fashioned duct tape I lost it laughing so hard I was trying that was priceless thank you so much best part is you crack your own self up
I feel for you under the house. That was always my worst job!! Luckily I have a cement pad under my new one. Still hard on the body crawling on the cement.
How about using a creeper from the garage to cross the cement?
@@grbev That is what I do! Good thinking!
@@grbev great idea!!
I can't wait to see it done keep up all the hard work
FUN PROJECTS? Well, I am sure this is the least fun. But, I simply LOVE LOVE your channel. You both are the best!!
Thank you so much, and thanks for joining!
Oh my goodness looks like a big job😳
Your ingenuity is marvelous.. luv it..
When I go under my house I duct tape 3 shop vac hoses together and drag the hose with me and use it to vaac up the spiders and such as I go. It even works for small snakes. Big snakes I back out and get the flamethrower...lol
We had sharkbites installed in our house when we first bought it to replace old decaying copper pipes (talking 40 years old). We only had one failure, but was that a big one.... We weren't home at the time and it covered the floor of our garage and flooded the crawl space. (damage the now would NOT be covered by insurance). The plumber changed out ALL the clamps in the house at no extra charge. The moral of the story is: It only takes one leak to cause a Tsunami. You're fortunate in that your pipes are easily accessible. Many of our original pipes were embedded in walls and needed to be relocated. We (and the plumbing company did not want to have one leaking between walls...
Doing a wonderful job! Can't wait to see the rest! 🥰🥰
Thank you! 🤗
Excellent work and thanks for the awesome content stay safe and take care
YAY!!! I am so happy for you all to get another phase of this project marked off your list!!!☮️💖🙏
Like Angela way of doing rock, paper scissor 😂 wish I had a helper like Elijah.❤️
Plumbing under house is yuk job. LOL glad that's over. loving more videos..
Love watching your videos. And love seeing the work together thing going on. Great job, Elijah!
Sam, I used a Fernco adapter to make a cleanout in my basement. Previous owners finished off entire basement (a plus) but, drywalled over every single shut off & clean out (a minus)!! I've had to use it once already & it worked well. Another enjoyable video guys. Hoping all is well, Dirty Jersey out!!
Oh no! What good is a cleanout if you can't get to it! LOL I'm happy with them -- they're a little pricey, but do work great!
"Pucker factor" LOL!!!
I am often late to watching videos, but I will definitely come back for more!!!!
When done shut that crawl space up good and tight. I can see the boys think it would be a good hidie hole and club house.
Great job and it's always nice to have "that" part done. LOL
Looking good.........keep up the good work and it's going to be so so nice when you finish.
Happy for your new areas .......you'll be so happy to have that done!
Blessings
I did the same thing, pre per, it was pvc and cpvc the whole way. Gutted the whole length of the trailer and replaced all the valves and fixtures(cheap plastic mostly) and also put shut off valves on both sides of the water heater. To close the belly insulation bag I used a medium grade canvas which I whip stitched with a tent makers heavy curved needle and waxed upholstery cord. Never had another water leak. Polybutylene pipe was a nightmare!
Good evening Sam and Angela , back in the bedroom and bathroom again .
Y’all seem so humble and down to earth. Been watching your videos and they are always helpful! God bless from the mountains of NY 🫶🏻
I thought it was quit efunny that Angela had the tools ready .....for you ....she was far more excited at you doing it wasnt she Sam?lol
I love watching the remodel!
I put a home depot recirculation pump on the water heater to the lav sink on my Dad's place in Oklahoma so his lines won't freeze. Kept close together they protect the cold lines too.
Just a quick suggestion....put the silver bubble wrap down over your joists before putting the floor down and you can use it to patch the underbelly covering after putting the insulation back in....you'll see a big difference in how the floor is not cold as it was before. I saw this trick on the channel "Boss of the swamp"....it worked for me.
Step stool scaffolding love it!!!
Good job so far
Sam, you are very talented with ANY project undertaken.
Bill Columbus, OH
Y’all are doing a good job, and I got my beautiful soap and it is wonderful. Thank you!
So happy to hear! Thank you again for your support, it helps!!
I am so happy for y'all! I love a redo! Thanks for sharing
Thank You SOOOOOO much I just bought 2 trailers and Im moving my kitchen from the middle of the floor to under the window So I will watch this several times
Love you guys
I like your improvised plumb bob lol a chalk box works great also.
Smart move, tape on head and tape pipe to drain.
Love watching Elijah helping , Never knew feral children lived under the bathroom floor could be a new you tube channel where will Elijah pop up next and how much fun can mum and dad have trying to find him , or what did Elijah find under the floor boards ... stay safe and well
Sewer pipe fun! You have a better set up than we do at our house. My husband dug and dug and finally found our cleanout several inches down. The real kicker though is it comes from the house under the driveway then makes a sharp turn and goes back under the driveway and across the yard to connect to the city pipe. It looks like the point of a star and is the site of all our drainage issues. At least we now have a cleanout.
Love the makeshift plumb bob. I've been using a stanley chalk box for a plumb bob for years.
I used the spring clamps on 10 fittings about 16 years ago. Never had a leak. 👍
Hey Sam Hey Angela,
We have been watching all the videos from the beginning of your Renovation, and we really enjoy watching them, we can relate to all the real struggles we learn as we go is my motto lol, We are not professionals either but we are not afraid to tackle and do things ourselves. I am writing to say we think you guys are great together and do very good work. can not wait for the next video till then take care stay safe
from your new friends in Lima Peru
George & Carmen
Awesome! Thank you!
@@GreenAcreHomestead You're very welcome...!
How do u know how to do all these things? I'm a 65 yr old lady that loves learning and building my own projects and repairs. And my knowledge comes from how to books and youtube. I am learning so much from ur videos. I just subscribed to u a few weeks ago. U and ur wife work so well together.
Feet get sore walking on joists too!Be well from Canada 🇨🇦 !
Oh yes! You can definitely tell your good shoes from your bad when on joists for several hours!
I'm loving all this BONUS footage to the Bedroom Reno video series.
Feeling like a VIP about now.
:D
I saw a Milo’s tea jug! I just discovered this stuff; great drink! I purchased a1987 Breeze in FL in January. Not going to remodel as in-depth as you are, but hopefully will do some updates this year. LOVE your videos!
You guys are so fun. Rock paper scissors lol. I remember when we got a new toilet, yuck it was disgusting. You two are rockstars and have a great attitude while doing something so hard.
