I have a petroleum boiler producing 10kW, and also many SPOMs which give extra hydrogen power. I didn't need any other sources than that, but if you're struggling that much for power then the biggest producer by far is a sour gas boiler.
There was a constant issue with that, the oxygen simply wasn't reaching the top as the generation was at the bottom and the beach was super popular. Really it needed another gas line or 2 to the top, and I already had 4!

That sounds really cool actually. Extremely difficult to make and entirely pointless from a game mechanic perspective, but still cool!
